I put this thing together in about 10 minutes. Easy to follow instructions. The reflex bag itself is super nice, Great for beginners or people looking to workout cardio! ~ Note ~ (This bag is not meant to be punched full force) When punching around medium to 3/4's power this bag works great. Punching full force can damage or even break your bag. Amazing bag for getting in daily reps.

The reflex bag works well after a few adjustments. First the spring assembly loosens in the base as you hit it. Had to constantly screw it back in after punching a few minutes. Ended up putting friction tape on the main pole threads to resolve the problem. The top plastic cap that sits an top of the base spring breakers easy. But once I got those issues fixed. I love it, I’m 6’3 and 230 and I can hit it solid! Stayed planted with just filling the bottom base with just water.

We have had this punching bag for a month now and its been a hit omat our house! Hubby, teenagers and preschooler all love it. Its sturdy as well. We opted to put sand in ours. (water or sand is ok)

The rod is twisted into the socket in the base but their coupling is not very tight. After punching it just a few times, I can feel the rod is getting loose. I have to twist it tight every time. This is very annoying.
