    • Good set for the money
I've always wanted to get a punching bag and try boxing. For $80 I think this is a decent starter set. You get almost everything you need to get started. The gloves seem pretty nice and fit me well, they say size 10 on them. Jump rope is plastic, a bit cheap and stiff but again just a beginner. The headband with ball is a surprisingly good workout, again a bit cheaply made but gets it done. The hand wraps seem decent quality as does the bag, I was positively surprised by how well it was made. The hanging hardware is adequate but the anchors seem a bit flimsy. I understand there are different ways of filling it, I'll have to do some research on that. The biggest complaint I have is that there are no instructions included. For a beginner like me it would be nice to have something that gives you and idea how to hang it, how to fill it, how to wrap your hands etc. Maybe even some tips on how to exercise with it. The internet can help with that so I still recommend this kit for anyone looking to get started and doesn't want to spend a lot in case it's not for you. I got this as a birthday gift for my nephew who loves boxing and I'm so glad I did. This came with everything we needed to set the bunching bag up for him. It included gloves and a few extra items. The bag and gloves are super sturdy and were easy to set up. The only downside was that it did not include any instructions so we had to Google to figure out what to fill the punching bag with. It came with everything needed. The whole family loves it. The quality is great and durable. Comes with a lot of stuff and has great bags to store things in. The bags are filled with clothes, sawdust and plastic bags for pine needles (there are a lot of pine needles around). Works great and packs a punch. Gloves are comfortable and wrap around nicely.
