I examined this carefully and it is just the right size for this young boy who is the only son wedged between two sisters! He likes to punch and his parents are finding this a challenge, so I set out to find something his dad could do just with his boy and this is it! The gloves are the PERFECT size for smaller hands and very well made along with the punching bag. The base can be filled with sand OR water and is very secure. This takes just minutes to assemble. I'm SO glad he will finally have a place to act like a boy without hurting his sisters and he can enjoy some time bonding with Dad too!

I'm glad I got this punching bag my kids love it a lot. It was very easy to setup and it comes with a small pump that I can use with other small balls. The gloves are small so they only fit small kids but the punching is adjustable so my 5 year and 11 year old can both use this. Even I can punch this bag easily at the highest setting but for bigger kids punching very hard can cause the base to move around. I filled the base up with water at first, but I changed to sand later because it is heavier so that it stays more stable when using.

I purchased this as a gift but wanted to check it out before gifting it. It’s so easy to set up, just screws together. You can fill the base with water or sand. I would recommend sand if you have an older child, but this is for a 7 year old and water seemed heavy enough. The gloves are padded enough and it comes with a hand pump which is awesome.

I got this for my 4.5 year old son who likes to workout while I exercise on my boxing equipment. This is a great companion to my gear and it makes him feel like he is working out along side me and boxing together. I got this for my nephew (5 yrs old) and he loves it, he is enjoying wearing the gloves and hitting the ball. It was easy to assemble, it's a great gift for kids and is a good way to have the kids exercise while having fun. I wish they have this for bigger kids (>10yrs old)
