I was easily able to inflate this by mouth and instead of using a blower machine. You have to put a good amount of water in the bottom (it tells you how much). It has a good “bounce back” whenever you punch it. My six year old loves it!

I'm a former boxer, and I still have a bit of boxing equipment in my home gym. I have a great Ringside reflex bag that my son, who recently began taekwondo, wants to use to practice his moves. The problem is that its lowest setting places it slightly above his head, and he often strikes the metal or plastic components below the bag. This punching bag is the absolute perfect size for him, allows him to practice both hand strikes and kicks, and poses no risk of injury from hitting metal. I'd highly recommend this for anyone who wants a practice bag for their little white belt.

May have been easy to air up if I had a pump, the top air valve was stuck and I had to spend forever getting it so air would pass throw. Need to blow up the base then let the air out to fill with water or sand. Still not to shabby for something to smack around if you're having a bad day

My 5 year old started Taekwondo a few months ago and has been wanting to practice his kicks and punches, so this seemed like a great entry level bag to get him. It is a good size and is easily taller than him. I filled the base with water and used a pump to fill the 3 chambers with air. The biggest one took the longest to inflate, a little over a minute with an automatic airpump. My son loves practicing on it, and both he and his 2.5 year old sister love being silly and beating it up too. We have a rule where they can't tackle/sit on it because I worry it'll stretch or tear from the base and either get too wobbly or tear, though they have ignored this rule a handful of times and so far the bag doesn't seem any worse for wear.
