This is not an official punching bag that hangs or anything like that. It is a decent dinosaur punching bag that can be used in any room to train or teach with. It's obviously designed and made for children, but it is very durable and I supposed it could take quite a bit of abuse before breaking. Any child who is into martial arts or self defense techniques should enjoy this and the included gloves are a nice bonus. Just be sure to have an air pump or something else that can inflate this handy.

Ordered this punching bag set for our almost 3 and 4 year olds and it was an instant hit. We used an electric air mattress pump to inflate it and it only took a few minutes. The kids immediately put the gloves on and started punching and we found out you can’t skip the bottom weighted step. We chose to use water to weight the bottom, hoping that it doesn’t bust. It was a difficult decision between contemplating cleaning up sand or water in case of rupture on our hardwood floors, but I just didn’t want the grit. Water may not be the optimal choice as it moves within the base differently than sand would and sometimes the bag doesn’t pop right back up as intended. Our kids haven’t complained so far so I’m leaving it filled with water right now. If it becomes an issue, I will drain it and fill it with sand as recommended. It has endured jumping, crashing, slamming and riding. The dinosaur theme definitely makes it more appealing to our crew. The boxing gloves are loose on our almost 3 year old’s hands but he manages to keep them on when he wants to. Other times he just chooses to punch without them. There are several warnings in the description against not standing or sitting on it, and not dragging it. Our guys have done all of those violations and it has held up. These violations have been carried out by rough 3 and 4 years olds – I’m not sure how it will hold up under rough behavior by the upper recommended age of 9 years. In my opinion all the photos and descriptions are accurately advertised. We have thoroughly enjoyed the punching bag set and it has endured more than promised. I highly recommend it.

This inflatable dinosaur punching bag is a hit with my kids. That’s worth every penny of the be price. The bag comes with boxing gloves and is easy to inflate and so far it has been punched and kicked and maybe took a few bites without losing but a little air if any. I say if any because I feel like what little slack in the bag is due more to stretching of the vinyl and not air loss since it doesn’t seem to be leaking at all. So, it recommend this item and I’m pleased with it durability and features. It’s a great thing for the price.

My two oldest boys took boxing lessons this summer so I wanted them to have punching bags at home (not these). However, I also have 3 year old twins who wouldn't want to be left out of the fun so I got this dinosaur punching bag for the toddlers. All the kids love dinosaurs so this fit the bill. I have not opened it yet because it is a Christmas gift but I can't wait for them to get it set up so they can take out all their frustrations on dino. It is a very colorful blue, yellow and red. It comes with boxing gloves but I got smaller ones for the toddlers so they wouldn't keep falling off. I don't have sand on hand so I'm hoping water works because the kids will want to start playing with their bags right away. I will come back and update my review if there are any red flags. Right now, I recommend adding this dinosaur to your family. It is good for girls and boys.

Our 5 and 7-year-old boys have been playing with this upon opening and inflating. We did run into an issue after inflating and quickly coming to the realization that it needed sand to weigh it down. We didn't have sand on hand, but we did have rice, so we used a funnel and a measuring cup to pour the rice into the designated pour area on the bottom of the Dino. Learn from our mistakes and do that part first, and then inflate your Dino. We had to take air out so there was an open pocket of space for the rice to go in. We did use a ton of rice *possibly 10cups if I had to guess* (but we buy Costco size groceries, so there was plenty on hand for us). I wish it had weight magnets already installed on the bottom of the Dino, but it really wasn't difficult or much of a hassle to get the rice in there to weigh it down. You definitely won't want to skip the weighing the Dino down, or else it won't bounce back up when it is punched. Again, we used about 10 cups of dry rice, a measuring cup, a funnel, an electric pump, and some patience so it made set up a breeze. (Done in less than 10 minutes even with our hiccups)
