A great beginner set, comes with all the accessories for hanging, plus a pair of gloves, a jump rope and a gripper. The quality of the punching bag is very impressive for this price, it's solid PU material, feels strong. All hanging tabs are well threaded. The stuffing took some time, but that's personal choice of material. I scrapped the garage and found a bag of expired cement, hardened and heavy. Wrapped up with 2 moving blankets, it serves the purpose. Hanging is a bit challenging but with the help of stepper and bar stool it can be done. Got a steel beam in basement so no need to use the included accessories. I used my own chain hopefully it can hold the weight. The size is about right I'm not any pro just try to exercise my arm and shoulder after work. Don't want to spend another hundred for just a pair of gloves. So this set is definitely a great value.

My husband has been interested in a set like this for a long time. This is such a good bargain as a boxing group class would cost him $50 every time. The quality of this set is beyond our expectation given the price.

For this product is a very decent product for a very low price I mean 60-80 dollars ain’t bad for all the things that come with it. It’s not the best quality like with the gloves and the hand grip. The punching bag is pretty good actually I mean it feels like a normal $80 punching bag actually so this is kind of a steal also the punching bag doesn’t come with an extender a.k.a. So you’re gonna have to have a short garage that’s like 7 to 8 feet because with the boxing bag is very short so you’re gonna have to figure it out and buy an extender to put it on the boxing bag to be like a normal bag. The weight of the product is pretty normal isn’t too bad for $60-$70. The boxing gloves are kinda weak. The looks of the whole thing is very good actually very impressive for the looks. I’ll give like a nine out of 10 since this whole package is very good looking as if you’re just getting at the boxing I suggest you to buy this because you’re not buying like $80 $60 punching gloves just to do boxing. I mean if you’re just doing it at home I definitely suggest you to buy this. And yeah that’s it so this product is eight out of 10.

Well made. FILLING NOTES: Followed instructions found online saying to fill gallon size ziplocks with sand, taping each one to secure. Then make a 6” stack of cardboard circles the same diameter as the top of the heavy bag, separate into 2 stacks then tape both to secure so that when you finish, you will have a sturdy 2-3 “ topper and the same size base to use inside the bag. Insert the base, then a sand bag, then start lining with old clothes as another sand bag, more cloths, another sand bag, etc until you get to the top, then add the topper and close the bag. That process worked pretty well, but overtime the weight is of course causing the top to look a little empty. After a few months use, I have decided I wished that I would have used pool noodles around the outside edge instead of clothes… or maybe in addition to SOME clothes. I’m using for fitness, not pro boxing and I feel like the noodles would give it a bit more spring? (Fyi, I made about 14 sandbags and probably could have used 3 more, but at the time I filled it, this thing would not hold even one more sock.)

The PU leather is high quality and holds up well to daily punches and kicks. It feels solid and doesn’t sag or tear like cheaper bags. The bag has a satisfying resistance—firm enough to provide real feedback during strikes, but with just enough give to protect the joints. It comes with 12oz gloves that are surprisingly comfortable and well-padded for the price. Great starter gloves for anyone just getting into combat sports.
