The media could not be loaded. Well made. FILLING NOTES: Followed instructions found online saying to fill gallon size ziplocks with sand, taping each one to secure. Then make a 6” stack of cardboard circles the same diameter as the top of the heavy bag, separate into 2 stacks then tape both to secure so that when you finish, you will have a sturdy 2-3 “ topper and the same size base to use inside the bag. Insert the base, then a sand bag, then start lining with old clothes as another sand bag, more cloths, another sand bag, etc until you get to the top, then add the topper and close the bag. That process worked pretty well, but overtime the weight is of course causing the top to look a little empty. After a few months use, I have decided I wished that I would have used pool noodles around the outside edge instead of clothes… or maybe in addition to SOME clothes. I’m using for fitness, not pro boxing and I feel like the noodles would give it a bit more spring? (Fyi, I made about 14 sandbags and probably could have used 3 more, but at the time I filled it, this thing would not hold even one more sock.) ... show more

I have to say, it’s actually very good for a beginner. I love it. The only con is filling it up — it’s very annoying because I had to shred all my old clothes. You don’t have to, but I did it to make mine more dense. I also had to add sand in each layer in the middle to add weight. It was an annoying process, but it turned out very well. It’s very strong and dense, and it weighs around 90 lb. Empty bags are great because you can customize them to whatever you want. I love the bag it’s perfect ... show more
