This kit is a great way to start a beginner heavy bag cardio plan. The quality is good enough to get the hang of things without breaking the bank. I wouldn’t use it for kick boxing, but I’m sure it will hold up for boxing cardio. I filled it with shredded cedar from the pet store, and top it off as it packs down. R review after 2 months of use. It was a birthday gift, it arrived very fast and was easy to install, the gloves and all other accessories that came with it are really added bonuses. I have filled it with blankets and stuffed dolls , you do need quite a lot to fill it all the way, filling it with other materials like sand( at the bottom) would make it feel even better. it feels good to punch, it doesn’t weight to much and feels made out of quality materials. The size is pretty good, but you might need some extension so it will hang at the right height from the floor, I had to use some . A great product , I highly recommend it. ... show more
