Great compressor, but as stated by another user it uses all 15amps. On a side note I was disappointed in how FedEx handled the package. They rolled it off their truck and left it sitting upside down next to the front porch. I would hope they could have at least looked at the picture on the box and determined which side was up and maybe took a little care in their work. Do not buy this product. I use only to air up ATV tires and Lawnmower tires. It is a 1..5 years old and it is making a noise and is about to go out more than likely piston. And yes it has oil in it. Takes to long to build up pressure. It will pressure down over night.

This compressor is a bad compressor, do not waste your money on it

This compressor is a bad compressor, do not waste your money on it. I have had two of them and both were riddle with problems, from oil leaks to air leaks and tank one way valve tearing up and cooling fan was replaced twice due to the flaw of fan.The plastic was placed on the motor shaft without some kind of inter metal relay to reinforce the plastic, thus the plastic fan started free spinning on the motor shaft, their-by creating no cooling for the compressor. The tank drain plug always leaked. There is just to many problems to list here with this compressor. Please do not waste your money on this junk. The Pulsar company seem to have no desire to fix these problems.Again, i say buy some other kind of compressor. Robert Campbell ... show more
