The media could not be loaded. This fireplace has completely transformed my room. The stone finish looks authentic and adds such a warm, rustic touch, while the flame effect is surprisingly realistic — the glowing logs and color-changing flames give the perfect cozy vibe whether it’s daytime or nighttime. It’s also practical: easy to set up, heats the room well, and creates ambiance even when I don’t have the heat on. I love being able to curl up in bed with the fireplace glowing — it instantly makes the space feel like a cabin retreat. Guests always comment on how beautiful it looks, especially with candles or soft lighting around it. If you want the atmosphere of a real fireplace without the mess or hassle, this is absolutely worth it. It feels high-quality, looks stunning, and makes every evening feel like a getaway. ... show more

We just got it put together. We love the look and it is working. It was unfortunate it came FedEx. They normally find any excuse to not delivery and drive right on by saying they attempted delivery when we were sitting right inside. It was supposed to be delivered Friday thru Monday but it came today Thursday. That is just great except we got no notification. It started pouring and I happened to look out and see the boxes. Our gate was open but they left both boxes out by the road and they got pretty wet before we got them in. So glad it appears fine. No complaints at all with the fireplace. We'll worth the money. The stone looks and feels real and is nice and heavy so good and stable. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this beautiful piece for my daughter it’s added do much charm and character to her living room space. It’s the best quality for the price the only thing that it doesn’t have is the fire popping sound. It heats up instantly. And it was so so easy to put together. I love the performance. ... show more

Instructions and supplies good. Put together quickly, and enjoyed instantly. I love it, really worth the money. Although drilled holes need work, my husband could do it.

Nice but difficult to put together.
Size: 36 inch
I like the look of the fireplace and the mantlepiece was very easy and quick to put together. The fireplace, was a real pain install in the mantelpiece. There were no pre-drilled holes in the mantelpiece to attach the frame of the fireplace too. I do not recommend this fireplace unless you have a drill to drill the holes yourself. If the holes had been pre-drilled for the fireplace I would have given this five stars. ... show more

Big Disappointment
Size: 36 inch
Review Image by Jules Nelsen Jules Nelsen
We researched this fireplace. We had to wait quite a while to receive it in 2 separate shipments. The flame appearance is okay but what was the most important to use was the heat that is would put out, which is very little. It has a low and high setting. On high it can be felt about maybe a foot away and it is barely warm. We would of been better off buying one off Market Place like the previous one we had for several years that worked great. ... show more
