We just got it put together. We love the look and it is working. It was unfortunate it came FedEx. They normally find any excuse to not delivery and drive right on by saying they attempted delivery when we were sitting right inside. It was supposed to be delivered Friday thru Monday but it came today Thursday. That is just great except we got no notification. It started pouring and I happened to look out and see the boxes. Our gate was open but they left both boxes out by the road and they got pretty wet before we got them in. So glad it appears fine. No complaints at all with the fireplace. We'll worth the money. We researched this fireplace. We had to wait quite a while to receive it in 2 separate shipments. The flame appearance is okay but what was the most important to use was the heat that is would put out, which is very little. It has a low and high setting. On high it can be felt about maybe a foot away and it is barely warm. We would of been better off buying one off Market Place like the previous one we had for several years that worked great. ... show more

I like the look of the fireplace and the mantlepiece was very easy and quick to put together. The fireplace, was a real pain install in the mantelpiece. There were no pre-drilled holes in the mantelpiece to attach the frame of the fireplace too. I do not recommend this fireplace unless you have a drill to drill the holes yourself. If the holes had been pre-drilled for the fireplace I would have given this five stars. ... show more
