Stay far away from this scooter as an option. Our 10-year-old girl enjoyed hers for about three months, after which it stopped working. The control system would randomly shut off and not allow her to continue driving it after being on for only a few seconds.

Terrible. We received the scooter on 7/2/26. It doesn’t run properly, I’ve been going back and forth with the seller all this time. I’m not asking for a refund, just a return label and replacement scooter.

Ours stopped working after the second charge, the manufacturer did in fact follow up and is sending me a replacement at no charge. We shall see if the new one does better.

I’ve tested all modes (Eco, D, Sport) and held steady throttle for 15+ seconds, and cruise control does not activate.
