Terrible. We received the scooter on 7/2/26. It doesn’t run properly, I’ve been going back and forth with the seller all this time. I’m not asking for a refund, just a return label and replacement scooter.

Super durable, love the light, they have an option to download the app to access other features...like locking the scooter. The weight quality is just right, not too heavy not too light. This scooter goes fast enough for my 15 year old to be happy. Only problem we encountered was just recently it stopped charging and the motor part is making a funny noise..be careful & try to NOT go 'off roading' in this ...hahaha Charge it as soon as you get it, even if it seems to be charged..that way you are training the battery to hold that power level. ... show more

Got in earlier then expected that's a plus for me already! but make sure you charge it fully for a few hours before you use it because it might say it's charged already on the screen but too verify plug in charger first other then i LOVE it! Super smooth rides! 🩷🛴🫡

WORKS REALLY GOOD. Fast and gets you places quickly!!! HEADS UP: One time i was indoors trying to show my friend my scooter and I realized it wasn’t working from turning the switch down, was fully charged and brand new, I was so confused even took apart the screws and checked the wires which were perfect, I realized you have to also push the scooter forward.🤦🏾♀️Don’t be like me. Ours stopped working after the second charge, the manufacturer did in fact follow up and is sending me a replacement at no charge. We shall see if the new one does better.
