I really LOVE this chair. I can comfortable sit cross-legged while also having a firm support for my back. It is very sturdy, was easy to put together, and super stylish. The only thing I wish it had were wheels because I often move my chair around from classroom to classroom. But, the ability to spin and rock is very nice. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend buying this chair!!

This chair is fabulous. It is comfortable, fairly easy to assemble, and looks great. I love that it is wide enough to accommodate my fluff, and that I can easily sit cross-legged or in different positions. That said, it sounds like a freight train every time you move. If you work from home and can mute yourself on calls, it's fine, but if you have a shared office, be prepared for colleague retaliation.

I love it. Bought it for my classroom. It was easy to put together. I love that I can sit cross legged on it. Comfortable. My only complain is if I hop off too quickly, the whole thing will fall so I’m thinking it would be nice to have more weight at the base.

I have ASD1 and have to cross my legs while doing my makeup and this has made it so I am no longer on the floor. The chair is sturdy, I weigh 250 and am 6ft and it’s the most helpful chair I’ve ever owned! Definitely worth the money. It’s super easy to assemble, minimal screws, it reclines when you’re relaxing or reading a book. The chair is beyond comfortable, and the adjustability makes for an amazing purchase.

I’ve bought many chairs, but this one is by far my favorite. It's so big, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Just like the reviews mentioned, it’s perfect for someone like me who loves to move around and sit cross-legged. No matter what position I sit or squat in, I never feel uncomfortable. It's an absolute winner! The only downside might be that it doesn’t have wheels, but since I prefer the chair to stay in one place most of the time, it actually works out well for me. So, it's not really a problem—just something to consider!

There are many criss-cross chairs for sale on Amazon, with prices ranging from reasonable, $70-$80 to unreasonable, $100 or more. When I bought this chair for around $89, it seemed like a good deal compared to similar chairs. However, I have two main issues with the Pukami brand: the padding is quite hard, and the chair squeaks and pops whenever I move. I don't mind firm memory foam padding, but this padding is just plain hard with little give, and the noise comes from where the seat attaches to the gas lift. Another annoying issue is that the adjustable arm under the seat isn't secure. One time over the few days I sat in the chair, the arm slipped out of the locked position, causing the chair to lean back unexpectedly. This function should only activate when the arm is intentionally pulled out. This type of chair is very easy to assemble, and I don't think the issue is due to assembly, so I'm unsure if mine is defective or if this is a common problem with this brand. Despite these issues, it was still much better than the smaller chairs I had been using, so I decided to keep it. However, I needed another chair for my work desk and ended up buying an identical-looking criss-cross chair from another Amazon seller at a cheaper price. While these two chairs look alike, the difference is significant. The new chair has softer fabric, and doesn't squeak or pop when I move. With that said, I decided to give the Pukami chair to a family member and purchased another chair from the other seller for my work desk. I am glad I tried the criss-cross chairs; they are great and, if you pick the right brand, very comfortable and roomy. I highly recommend this style of chair, just not this vendor. In my experience, if you are looking for a chair because your current one is no longer working for you, any criss-cross chair is likely better than what you are currently sitting in.
