I am preparing for surgery and won't be able to put weight on my foot for several weeks. One thing I was stressing about was how to get up off a chair with one foot. This chair came three days early, super simple to put together, although, I did search Youtube for a video to do it. When I was done, I found the instructions tucked up under the chair, but it's basically self explanatory. I just wanted to make sure I was doing everything right. Was very happy with the customer service (Nicole) which started before the chair shipped. She verified I ordered what I was expecting to receive and let me know how it would come, etc. I'm hoping to not have any problems that would require customer service, but it feels like they are dedicated to ensuring a happy customer. Power lift and recline worked great and were very smooth. Material was soft and smooth and all the stitching was well done and line up properly. This recliner is very well made and a very nice piece of furniture. It was pretty easy to put together. I'm a 63 year old 5'1 woman and I still got it together by myself in about 30 minutes. I took a couple breaks. LoL. The motor is absolutely silent and it moves smoothly. I like it quite a lot. The back and arms are very soft and the fabric is very nice. The seat itself is pretty firm so expect that. Everything works exactly as it's supposed to. I wanted a power recliner because laying back and putting the footrest down can sometimes be work and after already having a hip replacement and knee replacement I thought a lift might come in handy for the future. The lift chair was nice but not big enough. When I tried to return it, it was going to cost me as much to return it as I paid to buy it. Would never buy from this company again .

Bought these 2 chairs for my elderly parents 87 and 90 - excellent quality! Really assists them in getting up on their own as well as using the lift option. The heat and massage are just an added awesome bonus! Very easy to put together. These chairs were so awesome, I ordered another one for my father-in-law who is 95! Highly recommend.
