Buying this chair off the net was a little scary for me. Being such a large item I was very concerned with having to return it if I didn’t like it. No problem! Before I go on I have to say, shipping was fantastic. I received the chair 5 days before it was due. My other concerns were quickly laid aside. The first one being the ease of assembly. After reading the directions very carefully, it was easy to assemble, even with my limited physical condition. The assembly method is very strong and foolproof. Hooking up all the electrical components was also a piece of cake. Did I mention that I actually read the directions which were very simple to follow. Next on the list was the testing. All the parts moved that were supposed to, exactly as advertised. The massage was outstanding with a little added heat it was beyond comprehension! I only slept for four hours and was extremely rested. This chair is very well made. It looks great and fits into our living room perfectly. Having past all the tests with flying colors I have to say this is probably the best recliner I have ever owned and I would recommend it to anyone. I am absolutely sure it is going to give me long and efficient service. Customer service has been better than I have ever dealt with right from the beginning, all the way from receiving to assembled product.

I bought this chair to help with my sleep. I have a spinal fusion from T1-L5 and struggle with arthritis. This chair has terrific back support. The vibrating massage and heat are a tremendous help. This chair can be put in any position that you might find to be the most comfortable. Hands down this is the best purchase I have made for myself. It is an attractive chair and the functions are so quiet you can hardly hear the motors when they are working. The chair arrived quickly and all 3 boxes arrived intact and on time. My husband had it all put together in 15-20 minutes. I am very happy with the quality and the comfort of the product.

The chair was shipped in 3 separate boxes that were not delivered together. However, there was no damage to the chair in shipping. Assembly instructions are easy to understand and took less than 15 minutes assemble and connect. The most difficult part of the assembly was lifting the parts out of the shipping boxes. Connections just snap together and lock into place for security. The chair is ultra comfortable; soft and just firm enough to not sink into the seat. Convenient wire loops to hold up wires for remotes are located on each side of the chair over deep pockets for reading material, remotes etc. The back cushion and footrest work independently. Massage is strong and the heat feature is significant. I'm over 300 lbs. and the chair has no trouble lifting me to an almost standing position. Customer service has been proactive in the shipping process and has followed-up to make sure the assembly went well. Looking forward to years of comfort from this chair.

Just had major leg surgery and needed a quality lift reclining chair to help me with recovery. Looked at several stores and was impressed, except for the price. I shop Amazon frequently and found several chairs, but this one stood out. It color matched my other furniture had dual motor control, lifted and reclined perfectly, and had massage and heat therapy. I checked twice the size measurements to make sure it was and adult chair, YES! Price was right! Reviews looked good. Delivery was one week, so coming from in-stock U.S. warehouse. Ordered, then had nice order confirmation from the company. Shipped promptly and arrived intact, three boxes. Unpacked and used a dolly to bring the 80lb base into house, and carried (the wife did all the lifting) the two cushions in ok. Assembly took all of 20 minutes. Plugged it in and works perfectly. Used it most of two days not getting in and out, no issues. Two remotes, one for chair, the other massage and heat controls work great. Seat pockets and cup holders for my stuff. Pretty sure I would have paid $2k at the brick/mortar store for this one. I look forward to my next sitting station.

Bought this for my dad who needs help getting up & down in & out of his chair. Wished it raised up a little further. My dad slides down & we have to pull him up. Motor is quiet & we love the cup holders. It was easy to assemble! Seems to be holding up nicely. We put pee pads down that my dad sits on but he hasn't had an accident yet. We have spilt liquid on the chair & we like that it was easy to clean-up. We had a cloth chair & it had stains on it. Would recommend this chair especially if you need assistance in getting up & down in a chair.
