This is a great chair, works flawlessly and the lift motor is so quiet. Heat and vibration really helps relax and soothe muscles. This is a definite help for my weak knees. I was also impressed with customer service, the kept me advised almost daily the shipping progress and we’re very helpful should I need help or have a problem. They assured me every step of the way they were ready to help. The chair went together very easy, the only problem I experienced was the right side of the back would not lock into place. A small amount of silicone lubricant on the right attachment slide corrected that issue and it locked into place easily. I love the chair, and I think you will too. UPDATE The Chair has been working flawlessly until a couple weeks ago, I noticed the heat function had failed. I performed checks on the obvious, loose connections etc with no luck. I knew the chair was still in warranty, but was not sure how much difficulty this would be to get corrected. Having experience with other companies, I was not optimistic of an easy fix. I sent the email to Alan who had been so helpful during my purchase and received a reply, I explained the heat was not functioning and what I had done. Alan jumped right on it and told me he would send me a new base mechanism. I was surprised at the ease and quick response. Approximately four days later, FedEx showed up with a complete base, wiring, new controls, and mechanism. Never have I run into a company with such excellent customer care. All I can say is, if you find yourself in need of a quality lift chair, one that is comfortable, well built and with the best customer service, look no further. Any product can malfunction, the important thing is how well the company backs their product. This process could not have gone easier, my thanks to the company and mainly their representative Alan for proving there are still businesses out there that believe in their products enough the stand behind them.

Pros: Seller sent this chair fast. It actually came early. Great communication. Solid & sturdy, beautiful color, very soft material. Im 5'4 tall women this lift chair fits me perfectly. For the price it's well work getting this chair. Massage which is really vibration it's not deep massage or anything but nice. Arm rests are extra cushioned as advertised. Extra roomy and comfortable. I bought this chair after being in the hospital and very weak. I cant stand in my own. The lift is the answer I needed to help. Cons: Recliner is deep sitting back and sitting area with massage is harder and not that "cushioned". Very easy to solve just buying a seat and lumbar back cushion did the trick.

I've had this chair for 1.5+ years, so feeling like I can give it an honest experienced review. My elderly parents bought me this chair for my birthday. Probably the best birthday present! I picked this one out because I'm a larger guy (6'6" & 300 lbs.). If I was only 6'4" this chair would fit me perfectly...but I fit in it just fine. It came in 3 boxes, pretty easy to assemble. Uses 2 plugs (would be better if only took 1 plug) to power all the functions. One remote raises and lowers the chair. The 2nd remote controls the heat, vibration & location, and timer. The 2nd remote does feel a little plastickey or chinsey, but they have always worked. I primarily use the power recliner function. I don't use it to lift me up to standing position when getting up (I have tried it several times and it works as it should). In the winter I will use the heating function. Warms up slowly, but definitely warms up to comfortably temp for me (I'm a big guy and don't like too warm). Very rarely use the vibration massage function. I don't find the massage function very soothing for me, almost more annoying. 😬 I've used this recliner for almost 2 years, several times a day and it has worked flawlessly. It probably doesn't looked the highest-end, but that wasn't my highest priority. It functions perfectly for what I wanted, a big, comfy, power recliner that heats up. My spaniel fits perfectly on the extended foot rest too! She's what keeps me warm. 🥰 I'd buy it again.

I was looking for a chair for back surgery recovery. I got the faux leather one because it would be easily cleanable and wouldn't collect pet hair. The fabric is perfect. It looks and feels like real leather. It's not too shiny or slippery. It seems to be of good quality. My only negative comment is that the seat doesn't have enough padding for me. I had to put a memory foam pillow under me to cushion my tailbone. The back and arms are quite comfortable though. The lumbar heat is wonderful. The motors are quiet so it won't bother others. The recline movement is smooth and quiet as well. Overall, it's a well-made chair with great support. I would buy it again.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this chair! It's beautiful! Very sturdy, it's not hard to put together, has a smooth operation and is very comfortable. The massage is gentle and will not rattle your fillings out, the heat is also gentle and soothing, especially after a long day. It's great for those who have back problems, and difficulties getting up out of a chair. I love that it does not have a "sterile/clinical" look to it. This is an AWESOME deal on an AWESOME chair. I have to give props to customer service: Nichole in pre-sales service, Julia in order shipping, but most of all to ALLAN, the after sales service manager! He has been the most helpful and patient person to work with. When the chair arrived a cord had shifted in transit and had sheared off (through no fault of the seller). I contacted ALLAN and he immediately ordered a replacement base, it even arrived in just a few days! I am so grateful to this wonderful company for this incredibly affordable and amazing chair and for such outstanding customer service! I wish I could give more than 5 stars, they deserve it.

I bought the chair for my mom. She is doing well and very mobile in her early 80s, but she had some back pain and the old chair was just too worn to provide the support she needed. We were somewhat sceptical, but decided - after much research - to try this chair. It came in three boxes. I had to use my dolly to bring the heaviest box inside. Mom and I had no problem at all putting it together. She tried out all the features and everything worked very nicely. It is a much sturdier and harder seat than her old chair, which helps her back very much. She doesn't really need the lift part now, but it is there if she needs it. She loves that it lays completely flat so she can nap or sleep when she wants. She is about 5'6" and slim, and loves the size of the chair. Room for crochet and a cat or two. She pointed out that her heels are right at the end of the leg rest, so a taller person may not like their feet hanging over. I think that is a common problem with the lift chairs because of the room they need to move. I don't think a tall, large man would fit well. But we are, so far, very satisfied. I bought the insurance to protect this expensive purchase, and because we are planning to move in a few months. I want to make sure the chair lasts for a long time! After we move, I think I will buy another like it for me!!

Had this chair for about a month now. My old chair was a Lazy Boy and needed to be replaced. I love the fabric and softness. My apartment has an open space floor plan and so this chair sits in the middle of the room. The back of the chair is open and you can see the motor, frame and all the nuts, bolts and screws. I am on oxygen and my air line always gets caught on these exposed bolts and screws when I walk by. The magic button to raise and lower the chair is on the right side of the chair and is impossible to reach with your left hand. Something to think about if you are having problems with your right hand. But on the plus side, the remote control for the heat & massage that is on the left, has a very long cord and can be reached by either hand. The massage is not as strong as I had with my Lazy Boy and if I have regular clothes on, I can't feel it at all. The heat is very strong and I can feel it even with flannel PJ's on. The remote control is smooth and so if you need to turn it on at night, you need to turn on the lights so you can see where to push to get something started. This chair was a lot cheaper than if I got a new Lazy Boy and I will make it work for me, but if I had to do it over again I would buy something different. Hope this helps anyone reading it.

I needed new recliner with power lift. I found this chair and it is perfect! The leather fabric is so nice and soft, the features were so much better than my old chair. It has the power lift, tilt, heat and message/vibrate. These features are usually found in much higher priced chairs. I am a big guy and this chair is the most comfortable I've ever had. The shipping was very prompt, it came in 3 boxes and assembly was easy, I had some questions, contacted the vendor and got fast service. I couldn't be happier with my chair and the vendor.
