Great mower so far! The charge is way more than enough to cut two large lawns very quickly, I probably only need one of the four batteries, because the charge indicator still shows fully charged after I've cut the entire lawn! I also had a problem with the charger as another reviewer mentioned. The charger worked for the first charging, but after that it kept flashing the light red green red green, which means there is a connection problem. I called and opened a ticket with customer support, and it took a while for Prorun support to get back to me, but once they did they shipped me a replacement charger which has been working great so far. I don't know if the connector for battery charging is standardized or not, but even if it wasn't and you needed to buy a new charger yourself, since the batteries are standard golf cart batteries, it should be possible to at least cut the charger port from the old one and splice it onto a new one if the charger ever died when it's out of warranty. The manual for the charger even specifies which wires do what. The connector for the hose to wash off the underside of the cutting deck is not included, but it is a standard quick connect connector, like this one here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B1DK7RRT?th=1

BRAND NEW OUT OF BOX. COMPLETED ASSEMBLY. CHARGED BATTERY, WENT TO MOW MY YARD, WOULD NOT START. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES, NOT MUCH HELP, STILL WILL NOT START. ANYBODY WANT TO BUY A BIG YARD DISPLAY!!!!!

This is an awesome machine. My only complaint is that in mulching mode it does not work well or not as well as I am used to. I believe it needs baffles in the deck to properly circulate the clippings as well as more bend in the blade ends for lift. Tip: I fastened a long milk crate behind the seat to carry items I need while mowing such as pruners and other items. Update: It's not available at this time (06/25/25) as well as parts like mower blades. These blades are thin and fragile but made of a spring steel that won't bend cold. It was tough to find replacement blades because most are too thick. I used the call center and bought a replacement blade but it could be five days before it arrives.

This is my second review. Where is my first one, panning this mower. It has one speed....slow....when blades are engaged. Product came damaged, both rear wheels were cut. I had to take pictures, go thru customer service, send pictures. I will admit, new wheel/tires did get sent out quickly. It does not take 60 minutes to put together. Out of packaging, by the way, you'll have a lot of wood to get rid of from the shipping container and pallet. Seat is not easy to set up, and I ended up tweaking the bolt and nut to something a bit better. When using this mower....begrudgingly, thank God i have an old 24hp 48in gas guzzler, that I though i would replace with this unit...it feels like its going to fall apart when hitting some spots on the lawn, which is over one acre. Buyer beware.

One charge has been good for two times of cutting for both back and front yard, wet grass is hard on Moters if mulching. The ignition switch will go bad first, not a big problem though if you finesse the key a little.

Brand new out of the box. Charger does not work. Took almost a week to get a response from "customer service". After another week they finally agreed I needed a new charger. Now they tell me it could be up to two weeks before they can ship a new charger. I don't think Prorun does any quality control on the units before they send them out. In my estimation Prorun is not a well managed company. I would not deal with the company again.

I like the way this product looks but, really need to know if it can preform adequately in a pasture scenario. The pasture is flat and has been cut previously.
