This product is cheaply made in way too expensive. It’s like it’s a toy. There’s no way you should be charging the rest that you’re charging for these fans and they don’t do anything. I am really disappointed in the quality in the building of this product.

I ordered two packs of two fans on June 2nd. It is July 20th and the USB-C plug on the main fan with the display screen has stopped working, which has me down a whole two fans since the second does not work unless the main fan is running... I have to push on the plug, have tried configuring it with a zip tie to keep pressure on it, and even still it does not stay on. With it being past the window for a return, and only just a couple of weeks past a month of owning these, I am very frustrated with this purchase. ... show more

We are using these fans for a reptile enclosure, and they work really well. However, the metal aux connector tip snapped off within the first month of using, so we're unable to use the auto humidity control feature. I've attempted to find a way to contact the company about this for a replacement, but it just keeps circling me back to the main Amazon customer service page. ... show more

The fans ran great for two months and then the temperature and humidity LED gauges went out. Fans still work, but you don’t know the temperature or humidity. Poor quality.
