I wanted something small that I could keep plugged in & under my bathroom sink. This one is great! My hair is very thin so I do not need a big huge blow dryer, and this one is just perfect. Also my granddaughter has very thick long hair and it works on hers....and has the typical sound of a hair drier, only higher pitched & not as loud. Those are my thoughts. This is a great blow dryer for little girls starting out.. .they can have their own hair dryer, small petite and cute and practical at the same time. This little hair dryer lasted a good five years before the heating element burnt out- I chose to replace it- and it’s just as good as before- but I have loved this light weight, portable and powerful hair dryer. Definitely recommend!

So I needed something that I could travel with. My Dyson needs to stay at home for a multitude of reason, but mainly the weight and cost to replace if lost or damaged. This little pink dryer is exactly what I need for when I travel out of town! It’s not the most powerful hair dryer, but it’s light weight, easy to throw in a bag and does have a decent amount of power for its size. Do I think it’s an at home use dryer? No. But for needing an on the go option to take with you on a trips…? 100%! Highly recommended ... show more

Edit: This product stopped working less than a year after purchase. I can't recommend it. Dropped from 3 stars to 1. I bought this small hair dryer to melt mustache wax for my handlebar mustache. For that, it works admirably. For applying heat while styling the mustache, though, it's like standing directly in front of an exhaust pipe. I rate this item 3 stars because it has a switch labeled HI, LOW and OFF, but the low setting has no heat at all, just the fan, at the same high speed as the HI setting. I am disappointed daily by the fact that I have to take a full speed blast of hot air to the face every morning from the HI setting (which is the only heated setting) when a Low setting would imply lower heat, lower speed, or both. The low setting is, alas, just a very fast fan and zero heat. I do like the small form factor, but the pros and cons definitely cancel each other out for this product. ... show more

Super powerful - makes my other hair dryers look like they're in slow motion. It's heavier and more powerful than I thought it would be, so if you're hesitant, get it! The temperature is perfect. Not too hot, but gets the job done quickly without damaging my hair.
