They worked perfectly! No leaks even when installed correctly. My husband is a nut so we did end up putting nontoxic silicone on some of the barrels to extend lifetime but not in the barrel holes. They were easy to install. Capacity of water hold is amazing!

I purchased these to set up a second watering station for my chickens. I use these with a standard 5 gal bucket from the hardware store (with lid). Using this type of watering system made caring for my chickens so much easier! Installation is a breeze. They even include a drill bit. No leaks at all. A months in and mine are still working fine. That said, the cups are a touch flimsier than others I've tried. They work fine, but the the quality just seems a step down. Definitely worth it for the price, though.

These area good send for the chickens. Pair them with a food safe bucket from Tractor Supply and they work great to help eater your chickens. The drill bit is A-grade Chineseum but for drilling into plastic it work fantastic, I just tossed it into the box of bits once I was done. So far these have handled the sun and heat and repeated usage well and haven't leaked or cracked. I definitely recommend them over some of the water waterer options that some preassembled on Amazon or even Tractor Supply. The cups are pretty large as compared to over waterers and they're about 3 inches in diameter so you can fit about three across a 5-gallon bucket with them orientated mostly to one side. I keep the others as spares but so far I haven't had to replace any of them.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Game Changer for Our Flock! These waterer cups are a total win! Super easy to install—came with the drill bit, and the mounting was a breeze. The cups fill automatically when the chickens drink, so I’m not constantly refilling or dealing with messes. They stay clean, don’t leak, and the birds figured them out fast. Even our ducks and young chicks are using them without a problem. Definitely makes watering more efficient and way less stressful. Highly recommend to any backyard chicken keeper!

excellent watering cups that work well. a couple extra springs, etc. in case your feathered friends get a little rowdy !!! extra touch of providing correct sized drill bit for the job. will order more soon. find a container......drill it.......install.......andnyour golden !!!!

Great product! Easy install, all hardware and tools included! Package had 8 ea. I use 4 at a ti.e and have 4 for when they need replaced. Only a 4 star for now until they show me what they are made of. Other than that, the overall assembly is cheap materials like plastic, but so are every other one I've bought in the past. That is why this choice will not let you down. They include the extra parts for reassurance. That is excellent customer service in my opinion.
