These worked really great! They were easy to install with a drill in a 5 gallon bucket that we hung from a beam in the chicken run. They didn’t fail and flood my chicken run so I am happy about that. They are easy for the chickens to use and I liked the idea of this kind of waterer over the other styles. It worked great for us. ... show more

I purchased these to set up a second watering station for my chickens. I use these with a standard 5 gal bucket from the hardware store (with lid). Using this type of watering system made caring for my chickens so much easier! Installation is a breeze. They even include a drill bit. No leaks at all. A months in and mine are still working fine. That said, the cups are a touch flimsier than others I've tried. They work fine, but the the quality just seems a step down. Definitely worth it for the price, though. ... show more

    • Ok but needed extra silicone
The idea is great, but they leaked on a flat sided surface. We used a bit of silicone around the hole and that did the trick.

These poultry watering cups work really well! I love that the right size drill bit was included, so no guessing. They were easy to attach to an upcycled protein powder container with a screw on lid. I did drill vent holes in the lid to allow the cup to fill. The water container stays clean inside. The quails have no trouble figuring out how to drink from them like the style they had to peck at and didn’t understand (there’s a reason it’s called bird brained)! I placed a plastic plant pot saucer underneath to catch any small leaking or spills from the quail playing in the water. These are great! ... show more

easy to install, had them for about 6 months. a few have broken for unknown reasons (might be user error) but otherwise it is great! i attached it to a 5 gal bucket and it keeps the water clean so easy
