I use these all the time Every now and then when the bees get real spicey one will find a spot in a seam and sting, but that's ok. I can peal tap off a roll with these gloves on.

These gloves are great. I was in between sizes and ordered a L and XL. I don't have thick hands but long fingers. The L was snug and I kept the XL. I was leery on getting gloves that didn't go up my arm like traditional beekeeping gloves. I have been stung in the wrist many times on the cheap ones where there is just cloth. I was worried the jacket might slip up and expose my skin. This is not the case. If you have any elastic in the wrist of your jacket it will stay in place. I am very happy with the purchase. I was in my apiary today and saw some of my girls stinging the glove but my hand was fine. I highly recommend this. ... show more

Was excited to use gloves till I opened up the hive, 10 stings through glove on right hand and 3 stings on left hand. Not sure why they call em sting stoppers cause they don’t stop stings. Cheap Temu gloves stopped stings better than these did. Mad at myself cause I’ve ordered 5 pair. I wouldn’t recommend but that’s my personal opinion. The concept behind the Apis Tactical Beekeeping Gloves is excellent. They provide superb comfort and ventilation in the heat, which was a huge relief during long days in the apiary. I was looking forward to seeing how they held up after they were good and broken in, expecting to get at least a full season out of them. Unfortunately, their durability is very disappointing. After less than six months of light-to-moderate use, the seams started failing and coming apart in multiple places. It's concerning that this happened before I even had the need or opportunity to clean them. While I appreciate the cool-hand feeling, the short lifespan means they simply aren't a good value for the price. ... show more
