I wanted to love this printer. It was easy install, the problem I had is it kept saying it needed a RIP software dongle which it didn’t come with. The oven came in with a dent and missing piece. I contacted customer service and they offered me their apologies and a refund of $100 and a set of ink. They also offered to send the missing item which is the gondle which should off came with the original package. Now I can’t print or do anything and the printer just sits there.
