I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after months dealing with this printer, I feel other customers deserve to know my experience. I purchased a Procolored DTF printer expecting a reliable machine for my business. Since the day it arrived, the printer has had constant problems. The machine came misaligned and improperly adjusted from the factory. I spent countless hours with remote support sessions, reinstalling software, leveling trays, replacing parts, troubleshooting white ink circulation, dealing with flashing error lights, print stoppages, color inconsistency, and communication failures. Support agents were polite, but the reality is that the printer has never become reliable enough for professional production. Every time one issue seemed fixed, another problem appeared shortly after. This has caused: * lost production time * delayed customer orders * wasted film and ink * financial losses * and enormous stress for my business The most frustrating part is that this is not a cheap hobby machine — it is marketed as a business solution. After replacing parts and following every instruction from support, the printer failed again within days. I honestly cannot recommend this machine for anyone depending on stable production for a small business. My experience has been extremely disappointing. ... show more

Here is my honest review. When it works , it’s fine. I have had mine since March 14th and right out of the box … issues. I watched YouTube videos , tik toks , Instagram videos , went on Reddit and against my better judgment I purchased anyways . Pros - -Again when it works it’s fine . Color is great . -Oven printer combo comes with extra stuff you will need. -“Tech support” is always available but an online Cons- -Machine breaks down at least once a day - you use more ink running “test” and cleanings than you do on your work . - tech support is always a 1-3 hour process to get anything done . - did I mention the machine goes down constantly? I wish someone would have outlined all this before I purchased for my business, I have ordered another DTF printer from a reliable company . I will never spend another dime on this company and wish I could toss this thing off the roof but since I spent so much money on it Ill let it sit in my shop to remind me of this mistake . TL:DR Don’t waste your money on this unless you have the ability to print at a very very very very slow place . 6’ an hour is what they claim but it’s really 2’ an hour with all the errors you’ll have. ... show more
