This is an excellent vitamin for post bariatric patients! I was on an iron supplement and a B-12 shot monthly. My surgeon actually recommended this one and I am now off all shots and iron pills! These have everything you need to keep your vitamin levels at a healthy level! Highly recommend!

been taking these vitamins since I had by bariatric surgery 7 MONTHS AGO by far the best. Blood work labs outstanding. I take mine before I go to bed or first thing early morning before food or else, I get nauseated. I won't try any other this are it for me.
