My wife has been taking these and, when asked about their effectiveness, she said that she has noticed an improvement in stomach and digestional function. I will take this as a positive sign that they do indeed work as there haven't been any negative issues or stomach upset. She likes that the pills are a bit smaller than your standard sized which makes them easy to swallow. I don't believe much else can be said aside from they seem to be made with high quality.

I've been taking probiotics for a dozen years, so the only way I can tell if a brand works or not, is if it stops working. I haven't noticed any of my old health issues trying to return while taking this probiotic, so it must be doing an adequate enough job. There's an excellent variety of different strains, which is what I am always on the lookout for when I order probiotics, however 9 billion isn't a lot. Sometimes I take probiotics that have a high CFU count just to give my guts a little extra boost, and in-between those times I usually take a lower CFU count, so that is what I will be using this probiotic for. I think the price is very fair comparatively to other brands, and also considering that it should last the whole month. So far this probiotic has been a good experience for me and I have no complaints!

Does what you would expect and helps out keeping things regulated. Dosage is 3 pills so it is a 30 day supply. Pills are smaller than normal though so they are easier to take than other probiotics i've used.

The only issue here is that I wish it was much clearer that you need to refrigerate after opening. I left these on my desk for a week before I saw that.. not all probiotics say to do this and it is only in small print on the side.
