This is a really nice bluetooth headset for mobile phones, tablets, etc. It comes with a recharging case, so you can charge the case and then put the headset in it for multiple recharges; I find this a huge convenience. The case has a countdown LCD that shows you the remaining battery life, so it is easy to know when you need to recharge the case. Bluetooth connection to my iPhone was easy, and I have had no issues with disconnections etc. The headset is VERY comfortable, in fact the most comfortable of any headset I have ever owned. I like that most of the electronics and battery are in the portion that sits behind your ear, which puts the weight of the unit back behind the ear where it is supported by the ear, and thus the headphone never feels like it is going to fall out of my ear. I can easily wear the M51 all day long with no fatigue. The controls are easy to use, and the sound quality is good. People I am talking to on my phone can hear me with no problems, and I can hear them easily as well. Lastly, from prior experience, I know that New Bee's customer service is easy to reach and attentive should you need them. I recently purchased the New Bee M51 Bluetooth headset, and I am impressed. The sound quality is clear, whether I'm listening to music/podcasts or taking calls. One of the standout features of this headset is its comfortable fit. It is provided with three ear cushion sizes to ensure a secure fit. The feel of the earpiece is nice, allowing me to wear them for extended periods without any discomfort. Pairing the headset with my devices was easy thanks to its Bluetooth connectivity. The wireless range is pretty impressive too, giving me the freedom to move around the house on different floors without being tethered to my device. The microphone delivers clear voice transmission, even in relatively noisy environments. I haven't worn down the battery yet after my first charge, but recharging is a snap as the case can be plugged into a standard USB port or charger and this will charge the headset when it is in its slot in its case. New bee Bluetooth Wireless Earpiece for Cellphone, Bluetooth 5.2 Headset Wireless Headphone with 500mah Charging Case for 80h Playtime, Microphone for Office Driving, Hands-Free Earphones The Bluetooth headset, which comes elegantly packaged in a white cardboard box that opens presentation style. Inside the box, right on top is the headphone and it's own plastic box. Underneath the headphone box, there is replacement ear pads and a little baggie and a USBA to USB c charging cable, and a fairly thick instruction booklet. Looking at the storage box, I see it's more than just a box. In addition to having a formed place to keep the headset, there are two little contacts in the bottom that show this to be the charger as well. Well. With the headset removed from the box, the box has a little bit of weight to it, which I presume is an onboard battery in the box, so you can charge your headset on the go. The contacts on the headset have a little plastic pull off cover that you'll need to remove before you can actually charge it. When you put the headset back in the box after removing little plastic cover, there is a pair of green LED numbers that show up on the left side on what I previously thought was just a smooth piece of plastic. There's numbers give you the charge percentage. Plugging the box into charge with the headset in position, a little red light shows on the left side of the box and the green numbers begin to blink. I presume that the red light will change colors or some other type of indication to let you know that it's full. While that's on charge, time to look at the instruction booklet. Pairing the device to your phone is fairly simple, as soon as you turn it on, it'll start looking for a Bluetooth connection. Available devices as m51, and pairing. It was a simple as accepting the pair through my phone. Once it's paired it shows whether it's active or not and the percentage of the battery. I found that the headset oil pair with my tablet is easily as it pairs with my phone. The microphone seems to work accurately without feedback. While going through the instructions, I noted that there are actually two microphones on this headset to allow for the best pickup. Sound through the earpiece is a bit on the tinny side, but is clear and has a decent variation of pitch. Even though there are onboard buttons to raise and lower the volume, I had difficulty using them because they were hard for me to feel. You can always adjust the volume on your phone. Something in the weird category to me. The instructions, they know that you should take your glasses off before wearing the headset in order to achieve the most comfortable wearing condition. Take your glasses off? If you need glasses to see and you should take them off to use the headset, doesn't that pretty much defeat the purpose of wearing a headset? Anyway? I wear glasses myself 100% of the time, and I feel like I suffer no detriment to wearing glasses while using this, so you'll have to decide for yourself if that is comfortable enough or not. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm not one for these types of ear pieces, but I was pleasantly surprised of the quality. The case and the piece alone looks sleek and high class. I love the case and that the piece charges in the case.
