This product is expensive but for me it’s worth it. I am feeling so much better and doing well. Update: about 2/3rd of the way through the bottle I got sever cramps in my small intestines. I have celiacs so I stopped taking them. So sad because initially they really helped me.

I started developing IBS during my doctorate education in computer science and had been suffering from it for 2.5 years. Doctors believed the pain was due to h.pylori and my gastritis problem. I spent so much money and time fixing h.pylori. And it was gone but the pain remained for a long time. It didn’t make sense to me and my doctor. Nothing was working. At one night, while I was having another attack, I decided to rub my belly out of options. It helped miraculously. For the first time in my life, I was able to stop the pain. Immediately went to the doctor after that. And my problem turned out to be IBS. He recommended me taking probiotics, and prescribed anti-depressant and gut movement slower pills, whatever name of it was. I used them a long time but they were barely patching it with all of the other side effects. I slowly stopped taking them, and the pain came back. Later, I switched to taking these probiotics pills every morning, and still taking them. No more IBS pain. It didn’t cure it completely so I have to take these daily but I am okay with that. My life changed. The other most important thing it did to me is to help me stop my sugar cravings. It worked like magic. TBH, I didn’t put any effort to stop it expect for taking these pills. And, I was not expecting any side effect like this. All I wanted is to stop the terrible IBS pain. I was a person who craved for sugar all the time. When I woke up in the morning, the first thing I used to do was taking a piece of chocolate. That is how far my cravings for sweets of mine went. Now I crave for soup, a nice meal, water, fruit, etc. like how an ordinary healthy person should feel like. Probiotics work. And I am taking 3 at a time but 2 works just as good. Now taking 2 pills in the morning with an empty stomach. It has been a long while since the last time I ate a chocolate and it was a tiny piece of a chocolate bar, and I didn’t really enjoy it as much as I used to. I am enjoying my home meals better and now can better focus on my job and doing amazing things at work.

Too large. Very hard to swallow. I have to take the shell covers off and mix with SILK. However I take them daily to settle a digestive tract condition I have and find them very helpful.

I wanted to take time from my busy schedule in hopes of helping people who have had the same symptoms with digestion, constipation and IBD issues. I'm not a physician and what I'm sharing is just my experience of what works. I did not receive anything free for this review nor would it have made a difference. I have researched diet, nutrition and exercise for over 30 years and 95% of what you read is nothing more than marketing to sell you something that doesn't work. Having said that.....i suffered with constipation and was diagnosed with IBD several years ago. I took prescription medicine to treat the symptoms for years. In this time frame I tried over 20 different probiotics, prebiotics and changed my diet several times. I purchased this product and it worked but and there is always a but........you need to know how to take it. This is what I did. 1. Started taking 1 capsule first thing in the morning on a empty stomach. You will feel a little nausea at first as its normal but that goes away after week1. 2. Starting on day 8, add a capsule before you go to bed. Now you are taking two capsules per day. During this 2nd week you will start noticing that your having consistent bowel movements and the bloating starts to reside after meals. 3. I started taking the 3rd capsule before lunch but this may not be necessary for everyone. The rule of thumb that I use is this. If you have a bowel movement within the first hour of waking up in the morning them its working. When your digestion is in peak form, you should have a bowel movement between meals. This means two to three per day however everyone is different depending on a multitude of variables. Now the most important part. Take it consistently. This means if you live like most and have a hectic lifestyle, you must plan ahead. I purchased a small prescription bottle and I keep in my travel bag that goes everywhere with me. You have to take this consistently and it will work for you. Don't fall into the trap when you start to feel better that you forget the reason why and stop taking it. I will be writing a free book and posting it on nutrition and exercise and NO i don't have a angle and I'm not selling anything. I already have two jobs and don't need another one. I have reached a point in my life that it becomes more about giving back and helping people than it does about making money. Money doesn't bring happiness especially at the expense of lies and deception. I hope this helps to determine if you should try this product and how it works for you.
