Hello all. I’ve been using this probiotic for a while now. I believe I am on my 4th or 5th bottle. I used to go directly to Walmart to get a probiotic and for some reason I feel like it was this brand. Anyway, I order from Amazon simply, because of price, convenience, and the fact that I like adding a probiotic to my supplement regiment. I feel that it helps especially when I do not eat enough of probiotic type of foods. I feel that this supplement helps improve my overall gut health and works very well. Gentle probiotic that seems to work to keep me regular and it doesn't give me upset stomach. Capsule is small enough that I have no trouble swallowing pill. The quality of this probiotic is great, the ingredients are all natural and clear, and the packaging is simple. Its a great addition to add to your supplements if you're looking to improve your gut health. Especially if you struggle with constipation or absorption. The taste is quite mild as well.

I never write negative reviews. I also hardly read negative reviews, but unfortunately this product did some serious damage to my mental health. I’m not sure what caused it as I’ve taken probiotics before but I’m guessing it’s whatever was in the prebiotics that made this very bad. I got these on January 8th and have been taking them daily for the last few weeks. I just stopped taking them fully yesterday. Here’s what I noticed, The first day it seemed to have given me that “bloat” feeling they described. The second day it seemed to have worked and things were operating smoothly. Then my mental health took a serious turn. I started feeling very severely anxious and panic. It felt like I was having a heart attack but it was just massive amounts of heart burn. I had a hard time sleeping on these because everything inside my mind was not relaxing(I take CBD before bed which calms the mind and body) whatever these things did, made me feel insane, have constant worry/fear about my health, my body, my heart. I felt a lot of random pains in my upper stomach area, I started getting diarrhea after week 2 and had to constantly drink water as I was becoming more and more dehydrated. I had “fog brain” and couldn’t think straight about anything. I can only write this review now as I’ve stopped taking them 3 days ago but did take one 2 days ago in the morning to test my theory out. My anxiety/panic levels went up that day but I was completely fine and normal both the days I did not take this. I’m not sure what caused this, but I unfortunately cannot finish taking this product. I hope this helps as I wish I read the negative reviews instead of the good reviews only. Edit: The customer service is fantastic! Hope my review doesn’t deter you from trying it! ... show more
