The product was packaged poorly and crushed. The air-tight foils were broken open and my capsules exposed. I was denied a refund. Until they agree to ship this product in a solid box instead of a bubble wrap envelope, don't buy it. When the foils are exposed, your expensive Probiotics are killed. The one box was delivered and looked like it was put in bottom of truck and stuff stacked on top of it. I realize you are trying to conserve boxes but my probiotics are expensive and shouldn’t look like a mess

I love this product. In fact, it was recommended by my family doctor, who also practices alternative medicine and is an anti-aging specialist. I ordered the ProbioMax DF which is a good product, but they sent the Daily instead. There's a significant difference in Probiotic count per serving as well as price. Getting it addressed is a hassle, but this item is non-returnable so you have to get someone on the phone to address the issue. I was able to get a refund, so it's doable. ... show more
