Don't like probiotic sodas, kombacha or any of that but like a good daily probiotic. Probiotics are ridiculously expensive for the amount of pills you receive. I just wanted a boost. I take as directed 1 capsule. No soy, sugar, starch artificial sweetners, wheat milk or gluten. I eat my breakfast, take one of these and go about my day. What could be simpler? Do I notice a difference when I run out? I do. The price point on these ensures I buy and keep on hand. Do I refrigerate the bottle? Typically no and nothing on the packaging states a need for refrigeration. But since I bought enough for 140 days I may refrigerate both bottles. This packaging is two 70 capsule bottles. I used the previous version of this for several years. Kept me regular. Tried another brand when I couldn't get it from Walmart. Got a bad reaction so looked for my standard at Amazon. This is a new formula. Instead of having to take it twice a day, now only have to take it once a day. Works just as we as old formula and more convenient. Cheaper per dose than the old one and a bottle lasts twice as long. ... show more
