I waited about a month before writing a review and let me tell you, it took about 2 weeks to see the difference but I’m regular now and I owe it to this probiotic. It took some time, just like any other probiotic capsule would but I’m no longer bloated or constipated and now I have more trips to the bathroom during the day than before. The delivery is fast, the price is very reasonable and very low for the quality -- it contains 300 Billion CFU 11 Strains, Probiotic with Organic Herbal & Digestive Enzymes, and the probiotic capsule size is suitable for swallowing. I was referred to these probiotics because I was waking up feeling bloated for over a week and I read up on these probiotics supplements and they have definitely made a difference as long as they are taken properly. I've been using this brand of probiotic for about two months now and I like it. It's easy to swallow, no yucky after taste, and I can tell it's helping me because of my regularity. I like that the ingredients are of good quality that I trust. I will continue to buy this probiotic. I suggest drinking water before and after. I usually never post but this product helped me greatly! I realized I needed probiotics after learning how taking anti-biotics depletes the healthy bacteria and organisms in your body, especially your digestive tract. These probiotics are made to be able to pass through the stomach to release the probiotic in the intestines where it is needed. What I have noticed is that this probiotic is very effective in replenishing beneficial bacteria when required to use antibiotics. I take these probiotics daily, even if not on antibiotics, as they keep the digestive tract working well.

I am taking a strong antibiotic and taking these probiotics to counteract the potential side effects. So far so good. I plan to continue these probiotics supplement for a while after my course of antibiotics is finished as the drug warnings mention a risk of side effects potentially striking weeks or even months later. With upcoming travel plans, having a probiotic that does not require refrigeration is a huge plus. I began these concurrently with the antibiotic so cannot speak to side effects of the probiotic on its own, but I do not believe I have had any negative reactions to these probiotics.

Well after reading review behind review I decided that I was going to spend my husbands money and buy this probiotic! I'm so glad I did. These probiotics supplements are great! This has helped me tremendously when it comes to bloating. Strangely enough it also helps to curb my appetite & I'm thankful for it. Easy to take & no bad oder like you get with some supplements. I've added this one to my daily supplements and it works well together with what I take daily. Thank you for a great product. I highly recommend this to anyone with gut issues.
