This stuff works so well it's frightening, but I do have to make one comment: DRINK A LOT OF WATER while you are taking this stuff! I originally started experimenting with this product as a potential way to detox my digestive track since I've noticed it was always included in some "home" kits I've tried in the past so I decided to give it a go. What I've Noticed: I have terrible digestion and while taking this, my digestive problems seem to vanish. I also have mild acne and facial redness that clears up with this product as well; I wasn't even expecting this but it confirms my thought that a bad digestive system does influence skin health. I also love to exercise and I've noticed that this product will draw a lot of water out of the body... And when I say a lot.. I mean a lot! This is why I wouldn't recommend this as a permanent solution or fix. If anything, it's taught me how important it is to maintain good digestive health. I know I can use this stuff to deal with really "bad" digestive days. My experience and gut intuition tells me that this product also will absorb any other medications or supplements that you are taking since the job of this product is to basically "trap" everything and anything it comes across down there. I would refrain from taking any unnecessary medication and/or supplements while taking this product and even be careful if you're taking prescription stuff as well. If you suffer food or alcohol poisoning there is a very good chance that the hospital or doctor you visit will prescribe this type of product in the moment as well. On another side and related note - this stuff seems to work exceptionally well for hang overs if you take it while you are drinking ;) ... show more

I ordered these last night, and received them super early this morning. Only $9.00 for overnight shipping was worth it when the 3 pack with shipping was the same price as buying 2 bottles at the local CVS. I have to say, I ordered these because I have severe stomach issues. Painful cramping daily, always bloated, and recently diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. I took two this morning before breakfast and have already seen a significant change. No bloating, no running to the bathroom after my coffee or yogurt, and no pain! I believe we have found a miracle cure for those of us who suffer from stomach issues. I didn't buy these to whiten my teeth but after reading all of these reviews I thought, hey why not, I have it here so lets give it a try....AMAZED. I brushed my teeth first, then used one pill and a little bit of water and brushed lightly (with a different toothbrush). Left on for 5 minutes and my teeth have never been whiter. And I have paid for expensive whitening at the dentist before and didn't get these results. I am just amazed with these pills. Here's a tip for you using them for whitening that are saying its messy...I used a small pin/needle from my sewing kit to poke a little hole on one end. Turned the pill over and all the charcoal came right out no problem, no mess. :) I think I'll try a face mask too while I'm at it!
