I have been taking this probiotics capsule for a few weeks now and I feel great, bloating is reduced and I go to the toilet regularly. Time release coated is the key to any probiotic's effectiveness. These realigned my digestion after a 2 week round of strong antibiotics, after a ton of yogurt( Dr recommended) and wasted money on non-time release versions of probiotics. So far I am really feeling good about this probiotic after 2 weeks. My gut feels good using this probiotic. Keeps me regular. It’s easy to swallow. I can actually feel it working in my stomach. The media could not be loaded. Yes! The probiotic really does work! I was a skeptic at first but I am so glad I gave this probiotic capsule a try! My pH was thrown off after taking antibiotics. Did a test swab and my ph was 6.5. This probiotic got my pH down to a 4.5 within 2 weeks. I'm completely back to normal. Works better than boric acid suppositories IMO. I feel a lot cleaner with less discharge and no smells even after a long day of work. I have been taking this probiotic supplement for almost 2 weeks. This probiotic for women had been a great addition to my daily health regimens. If you are looking for something to help with your balance your PH this is it!! So far I am extremely happy with this probiotics capsule. It has solved several issues I was experiencing. Happy happy! I will definitely continue using it. Highly recommend.

I’m a real review not a robot or this company, this probiotic works!! I’m one of them people who believe people will say anything to sell but no this probiotic capsule is the real deal!! This probiotic works for the purpose I got it for, and I really was looking for something like this probiotic. At first I was going to say, I’m not really sure if I’ve seen results yet, but then I noticed I haven't been as uncomfortable as I normally am after my cycle. I’m definitely looking forward to getting the full benefits which I’ve heard comes from using for 60 days. I’m not quite at a month, but so far so good. This probiotic supplement does help but what you eat is important - keep eating fruits and veggies per day and it will work great.

First dose was great I can tell this probiotic is working, doesn’t gives jitters or high heart rate. It is soft but gives you a very comfortable lever of energy, curves the craves. Women in menopause are prone to uncomfortable symptoms such as hot flashes and sweating. It has helped with inflammation, bloating and daily vowel movements. I take one probiotic capsule a day in morning and can tell if I forget. we’ll worth the price. have been on a probiotic for years and this probiotic helped with my menopause phase of life. I can say I haven’t lost any weight but the bloating being gone makes a huge differenc. I am liking the probiotic formula! This probiotic supplement hasn’t upset my stomach and I feel less bloated. It hasn’t hurt so far and I’m excited to see if it has any major impact. Will update.

I first too one in morning with food. Felt sick to my stomach broke out in cold sweats almost passing out if not for this being cold weather time it revived me. Next time took one at night before bed with food. Didn’t sleep well woke 3 am very bad headache had to get up sip coffee because caffeine can get ride of headaches. Tried 2 more nights in a row still insomnia ,stomach aches nauseous Stopped taking for 2 days then tried again last night but only one capsule with food. No nauseous or waking up with headaches . My research shows that Maca Root Power can cause these side effect an ingredient in these capsules. For me I’ll try anything having had hot flashes for 15 years now. I have had less hot flashes but time will tell if this really works for the long haul. I will finish this bottle and update and if I order another bottle. A bit pricey to not work. Time will tell. For the record I’m 62 years old and my hot flashes are stopping me from having a social life. Dear God I pray these capsules help me.
