I have been taking this probiotics capsule for a few weeks now and I feel great, bloating is reduced and I go to the toilet regularly. They are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste, which is good as I can't stand odours. Nice probiotic. I found this probiotic to be easy to take, flavourless and effective. I also like the types and amounts listed for this probiotic and think it's a great way to consume probiotics. My gut feels so much better after taking it. This probiotic keeps me on track! This is my second purchase of this probiotic. Both my daughter and I are clearly feeling the benefits. I like the size of the capsule, it is on the small side so taking two capsules is not a big problem. It comes in a 30 day supply. Overall, I am very happy with this product. I don't want to eat junk food anymore, my sleep quality has improved, and my stomach has flattened. Balancing my microbiome is very important to me. I’m a real review not a robot or this company, this probiotic works!! I’m one of them people who believe people will say anything to sell but no this probiotic capsule is the real deal!! This probiotic works for the purpose I got it for, and I really was looking for something like this probiotic. At first I was going to say, I’m not really sure if I’ve seen results yet, but then I noticed I haven't been as uncomfortable as I normally am after my cycle. I’m definitely looking forward to getting the full benefits which I’ve heard comes from using for 60 days. I’m not quite at a month, but so far so good. I decided to buy this probiotic capsule for my wife as she has been having some stomach problems since last month. I have found this probiotic to be very helpful for my wife's gastrointestinal health. She no longer has as much bloating, her digestion is better and she feels better overall. This probiotic comes in a nice package and overall I am happy with the price point.
