  • A Game-Changer for Elbow Pain – Effective, Comfortable, and Built to Last
Color: White
I’ve been using the ProBand BandIT® Therapeutic Arm Band for several months now, and I can confidently say this is one of the most effective products I’ve found for managing elbow and forearm pain. If you deal with tendonitis, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, or repetitive strain from work or lifting, this little band is a total lifesaver. Before I found this, I had been dealing with on-and-off pain in my forearm and outer elbow for a while. Some days it was mild, and some days it made simple tasks like gripping a coffee mug or opening a door genuinely uncomfortable. I tried various braces, wraps, sleeves—you name it. Most of them were either bulky, ineffective, or uncomfortable enough that I just didn’t want to wear them. The BandIT is in a league of its own. Here’s what makes it different: First, the design. It doesn’t wrap your whole forearm in a tight sleeve. Instead, it uses two cushioned pads that sit directly over the extensor muscles on the outside and inside of your forearm, held in place with a single adjustable strap. The pads apply gentle, targeted pressure where it’s needed most—without cutting off circulation or limiting movement. I’ve worn this during workouts, yard work, typing at my desk, and even on long days at work where I’m constantly using my hands. It never digs in, never slips, and doesn’t cause that sweaty, restrictive feeling that a lot of compression-style braces do. The curved plastic “frame” gives just enough structure to keep the pads aligned, and the Velcro strap makes it easy to adjust quickly for a snug but comfortable fit. I also like how low-profile it is. You can wear it under a sweatshirt or long sleeve without it bulging or looking awkward. I even forget I’m wearing it half the time. Most importantly—it works. Within a week of wearing the BandIT regularly, I noticed a real reduction in the nagging soreness that usually followed repetitive motion. Over time, it’s helped me stay active without constantly flaring up the pain. I’m not saying it’s a miracle cure, but it gave my elbow a chance to heal without forcing me to stop doing the things I enjoy. That’s a big deal. The materials have held up perfectly over several months. The Velcro still grips tightly, the pads haven’t flattened or frayed, and the band shows no signs of wear despite heavy use. This isn’t one of those products you replace every couple months—it’s built to last. Pros: • Instantly reduces forearm and elbow strain during activity • Comfortable enough to wear all day • Lightweight, breathable, and not bulky • Easy to put on and adjust • Durable construction and long-lasting materials • Works with a wide range of arm sizes Cons: • Not washable in a machine—you have to wipe it down by hand, but that’s minor • It takes a few tries to find the perfect tightness and position, but once you do, it’s set Final Thoughts: The ProBand BandIT isn’t just a quick fix—it’s a long-term solution for managing chronic elbow and forearm pain. After months of use, I still reach for it every time I know I’ll be putting stress on my arms. Whether you’re lifting weights, typing all day, swinging a golf club, or just dealing with inflammation from repetitive movement, this thing delivers real relief. It’s simple, smart, and it works—and that’s exactly what I needed. Highly recommended. ... show more

  • Best tennis elbow band out there
Color: White
I never write or leave reviews on anything, but I feel like I should for this. I have been dealing with tennis elbow for almost 4 months now. I started seeing a chiro for ART muscle therapy, but it was not improving even after several treatments. He suggested I start wearing a band to make sure that nothing in my daily routine was aggravating or irritating the muscles & tendons, and preventing my arm from healing. I ended up trying several "tennis elbow" bands...in fact, I ended up buying & returning 3 different brands from various stores - none of which helped. They either didn't fit well, or they were extremely uncomfortable, or they just didn't provide any kind of relief, etc. So I did a search on Amazon, and saw immediately that this particular product had well over 1,000 reviews while still averaging just under 5 stars. With that many people leaving positive reviews about a simple tennis elbow band, I thought it had to be worth trying out. This is by far the best product I've tried out of every other band I've bought. It is by far the most comfortable, it actually provides some relief from the sharp pains associated with tennis elbow, and the best part of all - I can finally notice that it is allowing the therapy to work & healing is taking place. I wear it while working during the day, while I lift / workout, and any other activity that could either irritate the tendons more, or that could potentially cause pain in the arm. The band does not impede any of these things. If you are dealing with tennis elbow or tendonitis, I would absolutely recommend you give this product a try. There are really only 2 "negative" things I could say about it. One, is that it's not the most aesthetically pleasing thing in the world...but pain relief & healing is far more important to me than worrying about that part. The 2nd thing is that after wearing it for a longer period of time, the velcro strap that sits on your arm in between the 2 pads can start digging in a little bit. But if that's the case, you can just cut out some fabric or the top of a sock & wear the band over top of that. ... show more

  • Helped with my pain
Color: White
Why I bought: I have been having sharp pains in my upper forearm and around elbow. After over use between video games with the kids, shrub and tree work & my work (I draw for a living) I found I could not lift anything with my right hand/ arm without a sharp pain shoot through my arm. I was on a long wait to see my doctor & didn't want to spend the large out of pocket fee for the walk-in clinic. I talked with a few people at a pharmacy. They noted my arm was swollen (which I hadn't really noticed). They guessed it could be carpal tunnel/ tennis elbow. And I needed a wrap. But they only sold hand or wrist ones. Most other bands I saw were just velcro wraps- though a friend suggested Futuro brand. When I searched it on Amazon the Frequently Bought Together sections showed the Band-it. Pros: • It reduced my pain. After a few days my swelling went down and the pain reduced. • It keeps tight, in place and is adjustable. I did not have the slipping (some of the negative reviews stated) down my arm. • I found it constructed well. I was not bothered by the design. I liked the plastic part as it helped keep the pressure. Hell, it could have been rainbow colored with puppy heads on it- as long as it works I don't care what it looks like. I didn't plan on wearing it to clubs or something. • The strap in 1 inch thick. I found it comfortable, but the plastic part did knock into things, like my art desk and computer desk. The back of velcro strap is just basic weaved fabric (no covering). I did not have an issue with it, but can see how some might find it bothersome. • Plastic part has curved foam that sits on skin and I did not have any issues with it. Cons: • Since it has the plastic parts on each side it can only conform to a basic arm shape. As some people have complained that a large arm or thin on may not fit. [Don't quote me on these measurements- I am guessing with a straight ruler] I expanded it to about 5.5" diameter and assume any arm larger than that will not fit. My forearm is about 2.75" d. give or take when swollen. If your arm is under 2.5" the plastic parts touch so it won't be much use. I placed on my other arm and the plastic touched, so it would have been useless. • I did not have the 'pinching' some reviews wrote about, but I can see how it could happen. Full arm bend can not be done without band getting in the way. • Probably not great for 'use with' activities. I was able to do some household things but found the more active I was the more I had to adjust it. I can't really see paying basketball or like with this on for a long period of time. Over all I was happy with purchase (like the majority of the other buyers) and would recommend it as a possibility for friends. Have not used it a lot (as some people have said the plastic has cracked on them). So will update if that does happen. ... show more

  • Fast Relief, Minor Comfort Fix Needed
Color: White
I was genuinely skeptical about this band, but its usefulness is undeniable: after only two days, I'm already feeling significant relief from my Golfer's Elbow pain. The main body of the band and the pads feel like great quality of materials and seem very durable. The design fits securely on the forearm, doesn't slip at all, and provides targeted pressure, but the rough feel of the included Velcro strap is definitely uncomfortable and is the only downside. They should consider a softer strap or include a small cushion. Overall, it's a very decent product that delivers on its core promise. I'm still giving it 5 stars even with the minor strap issue as it's really effective otherwise. ... show more

  • my 2nd and 3rd
Color: White
I love this band! I bought 2 last time (in2023) because my old one was getting worn. It lasted years! The strap with the velcro is really scratchy and that would be something I would ask to get softer. However after wearing my old one for so long the strap did soften a bit. Now while the band is scratchy I can wear thin long sleeves and put the band over it and no more scratches. The excellent targeted support and fit truly does wonders for my elbow strain's and wear them off an on if it hurts-if I do too much. This band is really good pain relief! The band is not so heavy or constricting that it is bothersome. If it is hot out it gets a bit warm but nothing a quick release won't cure. This band is the best; simple and just right. It does not slip down at all. I have tried a lot of bands and this one is still best. ... show more

  • compromise Mag/Pressure Band
Color: Stealth Black
One thing sorely needed in the description are dimensions. There are two pads designed to be positioned opposite each other. At least it doesn't work or fit well otherwise. The pads measure about 1&3/4 by 2&3/4 in a semi oval shape. They have slots at each end through which a 1 inch Velcro band is threaded. Only one pad has the featured gold logo so you can wear it bling side showing or bland side out. What's to like about this product: It seems to be well made. The Velcro band is some of the firmest holding I've seen. the "Pads" are cushioned and although plastic can be bent or molded to fit the contour of your arm. This worked well for me. As supplied the pads were curved so much they dug in at the wings. The cushion on the pads has a tacky coating so it stays where you place it on your arm. NOT to like: This product is truly a compromise. The magnets are so weak as to be barely perceivable. If you're looking for a true magnetic product, this isn't it. It doesn't work as a pressure band alone either. The pads are so wide they will not clamp on a tendon as a quality pressure band will. Adjusting the position of the pads on the band is a trying process. You will want to do this to get a good fit anytime you apply to a different position but the pads resist moving then when they do release they jump past where you wanted it. Not impossible but not easy. One other drawback is the Velcro band may bite in at the edges depending on where you place it. The band is not lined. It lacks any covering or provision for comfort. What is it good for?: It does a good job on the sore muscles that result from trying to keep going with tendonitis. On the large area of the forearm muscle it provides support and maybe the magnet although weak helps out. I've had good results doing yard work with it's help. It can also expand to be put on over a foot for sore ankles and such. It is a "Jack-of-all-Trades" but master of none. One other good point is appearance. It looks more like an arm band case for MP3 player or such than an orthopedic device. If you want a little support and help and would rather not look like you have some serious condition or injury, this may be your product. ... show more
