So far, these inserts have been amazing. I have been through four different pair of dress shoes and five different pairs of insoles. Part of my issue has been that I have had to go back to wearing dress shoes for work. That is something I’ve not had to do in five years. With my planters fasciitis, And my added weight, I have ended my workdays, barely able to walk. I have used these inserts in a pair of Cole Haan dress shoes that were meant to be comfortable, I just had to find the right insole. These have been amazing and so far my feet are not hurting. They are not like my Hokas by any means, but they make these dress shoes very wearable in my job as a flight attendant walking a lot of airport terminals. if they stay this good, I will purchase them for my other pair of dress shoes, which are Amberjack Originals. ... show more

I am an older dude and need lost of support and cushioning for my feet. These were thinner than older supports, but the arch supports were good. I was getting a nasty smell after walks in shoe and thought it was my old insoles. Turned out to be my shoes. They are gone. Support wise they are good .Just did not fit my shoes the way I liked ... show more

Took out the lining that came with the shoe and put this one in. Right away as I put on the shoe (note brand new shoe) I could feel the liner working in all of the right places. A little more expensive then others, but worth it to have happy feet after a long day of work.

At first, I couldn't wear them without being in more pain than usual. The planar fasciitis I have is at the edge of my heel that also affects my arch. Since I've had the most painful shot in the foot from my podiatrist, that has mostly gone away.
