This product is very gentle on my skin but works quickly! I was nervous about the price considering it’s a smaller bottle but a little goes a long way with this stuff. I was pleasantly surprised at how it didn’t dry my face out. In fact it moisturizes my face perfectly. Not to much and not too little. My boyfriend usually acts like I’m abusing him when I pressure him to use me facial products, the horror I know ;). Since I bought this I now catch him using this when I’m not looking. I have PCOS and recently stopped birth control... my once clear skin turned into a disaster with 5 cystic pimples and probably 30 small to medium white heads. My acne is severe and hormonal- I tried expensive Tula skin care and it got worse. I tried this and within TWO days my cystic pimples (and newly formed ones) were much smaller. I’ve used this for less than two weeks and I have maybe three pimples and mostly scarring left over. This stuff is amazing. It’s not as drying as other products but I do suggest using an oil free moisturizer afterward with focus on above the chin and sides of the nose :) ... show more

This product has a quickly dissipating, but nice smell. It suits my sensitive skin and has done more than an antibiotic ever has on my cystic acne. I’ve tried everything under the sun to help my skin, but this is the only thing that helps!

Been using for 2 weeks now and It does dry your skin out a little...I think it's helped with my maskne though and overall texture/smoothness of my face. Combined with the derma-e vitamin c moisturizer my skin is looking better than before!

I was so excited and had high hopes for this product. I struggle with acne already and used this as directed. Woke up the next day hoping to see a slight glimmer of hope BUT instead saw multiple tiny little inflamed pimples. I was confused, thinking can a product actually make someone get literal pimples in one night?! So I washed my face thoroughly and tried it again this morning to test. NOTE: After I washed my face, I let it breathe for a moment before applying anything and it looked better, less red and the pimple breakout looked like it was starting to go away. Then I applied the serum and lo and behold guys...... The tiny inflamed pimples came right back. I never experienced this and am not sure HOW this can occur with an anti-acne serum lol but it’s possible. Gonna do better research next time and heed the warnings of negative reviews 😞 ... show more

I had a terrible time with acne since I turned 50. I have not been able to get it under control and it's been miserable. I did some research after trying so many different products and found that derma e got excellent reviews and was all natural. So I thought I'd give it a shot and I'm so glad I did!
