Never buy this tablet
Color: Blue
This is probably the worst electronic item I’ve bought so far, this tablet is slow, it has very short battery life, and breaks easily. I recently purchased this for my 3 year old and it wasn’t letting me transfer anything onto it, I didn’t really mind it, but what I did mind was how slow and fragile it was. The battery lasted 1-2 hours and the screen cracked when it fell onto a carpet, a CARPET, the tablet was not able to work even after charging it. The people designing this should’ve made it more durable while knowing that this was made for children and they are very clumsy. Do not recommend buying this ever, but if you really want a kids tablet, I do recommend the Amazon kids for tablet, as it is a lot better.

The response time was quick and reasonable. The resolution was quickly fixed. I would 100% recommend this tablet to any family and friend. The tablet it self was GREAT NO SKIPPING or freezing! The video quality was great. It stayed connected to Wifi pretty great. Even with a few drops, the screen didn't scratch or break with my 5 yr old, perfect tablet for a kid. The set up was pretty easy as well.

Save Your Money
Color: Green
I purchased Three of them for my children 2 of them have one crack from top to bottom and will not unlock. The screen is completely frozen. Not to mention the battery life is not great. It’s has only been 3 months and I feel my money has just gone down the drain. If seller does something to resolve this issue I will update my review, but for now do yourself a favor and save your money!

Great tablet
Color: Green
I bought the Pritom 10” tablet for my grandson, and it’s been a wonderful purchase! The screen is bright and clear, perfect for watching cartoons and learning apps. It’s fast, easy to set up, and the parental controls give me peace of mind. The battery lasts a long time, and it feels sturdy enough to handle everyday use by a child. My grandson absolutely loves it and uses it every day for both fun and learning. Definitely a great value for the price — highly recommend for any parent or grandparent looking for a reliable tablet for kids!
