This is probably the worst electronic item I’ve bought so far, this tablet is slow, it has very short battery life, and breaks easily. I recently purchased this for my 3 year old and it wasn’t letting me transfer anything onto it, I didn’t really mind it, but what I did mind was how slow and fragile it was. The battery lasted 1-2 hours and the screen cracked when it fell onto a carpet, a CARPET, the tablet was not able to work even after charging it. The people designing this should’ve made it more durable while knowing that this was made for children and they are very clumsy. Do not recommend buying this ever, but if you really want a kids tablet, I do recommend the Amazon kids for tablet, as it is a lot better. ... show more

Got this tablet for Christmas of Last Yr and a month ago started giving me issues with charging. Amazon support wasnt any help so i reached out to support and they were an a amazing help ! The response time was quick and reasonable. The resolution was quickly fixed. I would 100% recommend this tablet to any family and friend. The tablet it self was GREAT NO SKIPPING or freezing! The video quality was great. It stayed connected to Wifi pretty great. Even with a few drops, the screen didn't scratch or break with my 5 yr old, perfect tablet for a kid. We have purchased multiple tablets over the last 5 years for the grandbaby, and this one is definitely the favorite. Runs fast, no issues at all. There are SO many games on there she loves, some are even two player that I play with her. The games are all different types of learning games from coloring and puzzles to much more complex games that I know are teaching her different brain skills. The battery does die a little faster than some others but it also charges fast and how much she loves it more than makes up for it. Would absolutely buy again. ... show more

Screen broke after the first week. Even with protector and a case on it. It will not work with a cracked screen. It turns on but the touch won't work now. This is the second time I got this one.
