This set of banneton baskets and tools really is top knotch. The banneton baskets themselves seem very sturdy and well constructed and the linen liners are super unique. The bench knife and lame are both sturdy and have really cool decorative imprints. Okay even though my artisan loaf came out slightly charred (bc I forgot to turn my oven from 500 degrees to 450 degrees when I put it in the oven 🥲) the design on my loaf is still gorgeous!! The proofing bowl is amazing and I love the added detail to this product of the florals- it really makes me feel like my kitchen items have some femininity to them and I so love that. And can we talk about the florals that are in the wooden handle of the dough cutter? Oh my gosh. I love it so much!! This was my first time using a scoring tool and I am so happy with how smoothly it cut into my bread. I was able to make two branches on my loaf and if I would have set my oven correctly I bet this would have been a beautiful golden brown loaf with a beautiful design!! Ordered based on reviews and photos, but my set is not as nice. The floral imprints are barely noticeable in person. The photo enhances them a bit but you can see they’re faint. I just got them and I haven’t used them yet, might return at this price.
