Works perfectly and absolutely quiet. When I first plugged it in it did make a humming sound that I didn’t care about because it was very quiet but the next day it was gone and ever since it has been absolutely inaudible. Hot water is very hot, great for tea or instant beverages. Cold water is cold. There is absolutely no weird taste to the water. It tastes like clean fresh water. We moved to Florida and knew we’d need one of these ASAP. I works as directed and came with a few coupons for free fill ups of water and the initial 5 gallon container. We were pleasantly surprised that there’s so many water fill up retailers near us and to fill it up is under $2. It’s a great addition and saves tons of money over single use water bottles. $200 seemed a bit high for the price but we’ve had it over 2 months and it’s almost paid for itself with the money saved. ... show more

Keeps water cold or hot depending on your preference. Machine vibrates a little when you’re accessing it for water but this isn’t an issue. Really like the ability to load new water bottles to the bottom of the cooler. Really makes it quite simple

Super happy about everything with this product. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now. I personally don’t think it is too loud but it took my dogs some getting used to - they were startled every time it turned on for the first day or two but none of us notice it now. The self sanitation feature is amazing, and a nice surprise that once you set it, it runs every 24 hours at the same time so you never have to think about it again! ... show more

We are loving this device! The middle button for cool water didn’t work when we opened it is the only downside. But who wants room temp water anyway? Our neighbors told us to get one. No regrets. Saving a lot of plastic and also keeps us from having to take the trash out so much. 👍🏻
