Just as described and just what I wanted! Beautiful and sturdy. All parts present, all hardware present (plus some spares), all holes aligned, very easy assembly. I’m a middle aged, rotund woman, and I put it together in about 90 minutes. I did use a drill as a speedy screwdriver :-)

Bought this for our granddaughter's 10th birthday. She absolutely loves it! Her 13 year old brother put it together for her and didn't have any problems. The quality is excellent and the size is perfect. Her bedroom is small but it fit nicely. Not too big or too small. It will work great for her now and through her teen years as well! Also, the delivery was sooner than the estimated date!

Super cute, took a while to put together. Once I got it done we only had 9 bulbs instead of 10. When I went to request an extra bulb be sent to me the only option I had was to send the whole thing back to get a refund… I wasn’t doing that after I spent 2.5 hours putting it together. I called Amazon to let them know what had happened they said they sent a message to the seller and I should hear something within 48 from seller but no one has contacted me. I have tried to contact the seller directly but can’t seem to find the direct route to reach them. The instructions didn’t have the seller or manufacturer listed so I can’t go that route either. I don’t want to send the item back, all I want is to get in contact with the seller or manufacturer to send me one bulb that was left out of the packaging. Somebody please help me.
