It says it give you energy but I haven't felt anything like that . I genuinely feel good after taking it and it helps with vitamin intake . Your pee may look like yellow Gatorade lol for a few hours if not sometimes the whole day .depends on water intake to flush out what your body doesn't need

The multivitamin is fine. I got a new bottle less than a week ago and it's already empty. It never had 30 capsules and there's no way to get a refund. Make sure your bottles are actually filled up!

These are amazing vitamins. I feel so much better when taking them. It does give you energy. I took one at dinner and wondered why I was awake almost all night! Didn’t do that again lol. But the smell. Omg. It’s almost too much. Hold your breath and take it. With food.
