In a bind for needing one immediately I took a chance on this Pride recliner. I love it. As good as my Golden with more features like massage, heating and the arms fold open for drinks, phone charging and remote storage. About a thousand dollars less and quick delivery from Amazon. I like the headrest feature. However chair size seems wrong. I bought Medium size as recommended by company. but chair is not good fit for me. Footrest extends too far for my 5'8" tall body when reclined Company advertised that lower portion of leg rest would fold under to allow relief to heels. Doesn't, all leg weight is uncomfortably supported by heels, Lumbar support is too high for me. I had to buy a lumbar cushion that's a little better but still not good. Massage and heat controls are positioned wrong for me as left arm and hand is affected by stoke. ... show more

It is comfortable and size is what I needed. It tilts enough to help me get up. Not the seller's fault, but delivery was 3 weeks past time supposed to be delivered. Also, the freight company would not deliver to our house and we had to meet the truck with a couple of people to get it home.

The first chair was damaged by the technician when he replaced the backrest massager unit. The chair was on the front face down. The leg rest activated due to a faulty controller which was to be replaced at the same visit. The foot rest actuator bar was bent and the foot rest would not lift all the way up. It took over a YEAR to get a replacement chair. Replacement chair just broke as my dad's flip flop got caught un in the foot rest and the same things happen ed, the foot rest actuator bar bent. The steel is VERY CHEAP!. Both Wireless chargers stopped working a few months after purchase . Buyer BEWARE. ... show more
