Got the new scooter the battery wouldn’t charge. Call back-and-forth to do this to do that. Still wouldn’t charge a rep from Pride contacted me and we went through different steps. Finally said they were going to send me a new battery. And guess what they sent it to the wrong address And then had the audacity to ask if I had moved. I am quite aggravated to say the least. It is nearly a full month and still haven’t received a battery. I don’t know if Pride is good or not since I haven’t checked to ride it. But H V Supply is definitely on the bottom list in my opinion and send it back but don’t have the cardboard Boxed in, I’m just out of a lot of money with nothing to show for it ... show more
