I bought my first one to vacuum my stairs and its maneuverable set up allowed it easily. Light weight and easy to operate, was thrilled with it. The first one died on me and Prettycare’s Penny offered to replace it with the one I now have as the original model was no longer available. I was thrilled with that one, (although it was louder, this one is very quiet) and I’m thrilled with this one. Does just as good a job as seen in the photo of me vacuuming my stairs. I really had high hopes for this and I was a bit disappointed. It's powerful enough to pick up crumbs but nothing more. I tried to use it to clean up a small mess the cat made with his food and it struggled greatly. I ended up just going out and getting the broom and dust pan. I love the little things about this cordless vacuum - there’s a light that automatically turns on when you use it, it tells you the percentage of battery left, and it’s very flexible. The height is a little shorter than my other vacuum, which I actually prefer. Overall a great product!

using this product for wood floors and carpet, it has vey little suction power i have dogs with lots of hair terrible for that ! do not buy if you have pets going for a cheaper vacuum with a cord that works much better! why did people give this 5 stars is beyond me. i need a refund!!!
