I originally bought a W100 vacuum from PrettyCare last year but it died on me fairly quickly considering I have a small apartment and it was still fairly new. I reached out to PrettyCare's customer service about the issues I was having with no intention or expectation of getting anything new or free. However, Diana from their customer service team was so quick, attentive and thorough with helping me with my problem. She suggested that I could purchase this newer and powerful W400 vacuum and PrettyCare would refund me the full price of the 1st vacuum I purchased from them !! I did not expect this at all and definitely was just hoping I'd get a replacement battery or something simple. But Diana went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and had the right product. I will continue being a customer of PrettyCare, not only because of their great customer service but also, they have great products! I actually had a problem with one of the vacuums I ordered and pretty cares customer service was top notch. They helped me troubleshoot and were always there to promptly answer my questions. They replaced the old vacuum with new snd it works beautifully. My pet hair and carpet dirt are no match for the cleaning power of this vacuum and with its amazing compact size it’s easy to take up and down the stairs and store out of the way when not in use. The media could not be loaded. This is probably my favorite vacuum cleaner up ever owned. It literally makes the brush part of the vacuum seem like it’s the palm of your hand. All of the little bending features in there honestly make it feel like it’s an arm. The suction is great, it transitions from the hard floor to the carpet perfectly. And you can get under your bed or couches without having to bend over. Watch the video I made. The customer service is also really good 👍👍. And best of all, you don’t have to hang it on a wall. In September I ordered the vacuum cleaner from this company. Mid June the battery started failing and by July I was only able to manage approximately 30 to 45 seconds worth of battery time per full charge. I contacted customer service, and acknowledged that I was outside of the return timeframe. When I explained what was occurring, PRETTYCARE did not hesitate to make this right. They provided me the ability to obtain a newer and better model, and refund me for the price of the original vacuum. Working with the customer service agent has been very refreshing. She has made sure that I receive my product and refund in a timely matter. I have only had the new replacement vacuum for a couple of weeks now, but it seems to be working well. I have been very pleased with the customer service, and their attention to providing a positive , impression of their company and products. I am writing this review as part of the refund process through PrettyCare. They advised they did not have anymore W200 vacuums to replace the one that died on me around the 8 month mark of owning it. Customer service were very communicable with me, but their refund process is quite different and seems extra on some cases. Nevertheless, I do enjoy their products as they are easy and efficient for upkeep of cleaning. They did send me an upgrade and it is lighter and more powerful than my previous product. This vacuum is great for the price! Lightweight with a regular setting and a more powerful setting with the click of a button. Easy to charge and store with a bracket for doing so provided. My kids can even grab it off the hook and start vacuuming after they make a mess. I highly recommend this product not to mention their customer service is great!     • Success with Prettycare Vacuum
This is my second Prettycare vacuum. The first one I bought works fine thanks to great customer service from Prettycare almost a year ago. However, now that I have 2 I don't have to carry the one up and down stairs When a special offer came up recently, I decided to go for it. I want to especially thank Maggie, who has been very responsive, professional and informed. I’ve always had good customer service through Amazon, but I have to say, that Maggie with Prettycare (carried by Amazon) is one of the best customer service agents I've ever dealt with. As our communication has all been via email, I've been impressed with how well Maggie performs in the online environment. As a retired university professor, who taught online for several years, I understand how emails and chats can be misinterpreted. Maggie is always so respectful in her tone; this goes a long way in making online conversations productive. Thank you Maggie! My only complaint about the Prettycare vacuums is that some of the connections are very hard for me to use, especially the one between the power head and the stick. This is true for both of my Prettycare vacuums. Also, I find disassembling the powerhead for cleaning and changing filters is difficult. I have arthritis in my hands so part of this is my problem, but when my husband helps me, he finds it a bit difficult as well, though not as hard for him as it is for me.
