This is a complete band system that has held up well. The only thing I wish is it had greater levels of resistance.

I have shoulder issues and used to go to PT to help in strengthening the muscles around the shoulder to prevent future injury. Many of these exercises use a cable and weight system with varying levels of weight being used. I have found I can get a pretty good simulation of these exercises with this kit. THe door anchor and assorted strength resistance tubes let me do a good workout at home without needing to waste a lot of space in my home for expensive weight based cable exercise gear. It all stores away in a small bag (Smaller than a kid's backpack, but bigger than an average purse) so it fits up on a shelf out of the way until the next day!

I am not able to make it to the gym, and don't have the room for a big weight room at my house. I have used rubber/thera-band style resistance bands over the years for physical therapy, and when I saw this kit, I realized that the same exercises and more could easily be accomplished with the same kinds of bands and cords, and I wouldn't have to even leave my house or pay for a fancy gym membership. This kit has multiple bands or resistance tubes that can be used individually, or you can use a combination of them to increase the resistance, or perceived weight while you conduct the various exercises and movements. I have enjoyed using the fitness kit, and the flexibility that comes with have such a complete, yet small kit. I don't have to carry heavy plates or dumbbells around, which means I can get a work out in just about anywhere I go in or out of my house. I really like that everything fits in one mid-sized black bag that closes securely, and has the company's information screen printed on it for easy identification. It might not be as easy as just picking up a weight and starting a workout, but the setup is quick, and there are so many ways to utilize the resistance tubes to meet my, or your goals. With so many different training videos online and available through various streaming platforms, there is no limit to how often and in how many ways they can be used. I am very happy with this set, and am sure you'll be, too! Two thumbs up!

This is a solid set of resistance tubes and accessories, providing a good workout at any level of resistance. They are easy to attached with the carabiners, which also keep me from worrying about them coming detached during a workout. I particularly appreciate the included door anchor, which meant I could use these without having to install wall anchors.

Having used a number of different brands is resistance bands with my trainer, I was delighted to receive these. The durability and quality of the material is apparent. Not only do you get the handles, but also ankle straps and a door anchor. Resistance is not marked on the bands themselves, but there's a key included with the instructions. Excited to see how long this set will last!

This resistant band set was intended for a brother-in-law that was doing physical therapy after having brain cancer surgery. These are the same as those he uses at the rehab center. We also got him a special bench that he could use with these bands. It allowed him to work on his legs which seemed to be his biggest hurdle. The ankle straps worked perfectly for the exercises he needed. These bands worked as described. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get fit.
