The product arrived with a bent corner which cracked the paint. It was wrapped in foam inside a box which was not damaged, so I assume it was shipped that way. I hammered out the dent and touched up the paint instead of sending it back.

As you can see (and the door is still in it's cellophane packaging), there is one detached latch. Obviously missed by QA since the packaging was undamaged during shipping. I had to try to bang it into place, but it is sloppy. I can't return it because I was time constrained to install it. I ordered two, and the second one was ok. Metal is of decent thickness, just a poor latch system that obviously is not well monitored during manufacturing. ... show more
