Door...
Size: 12 x 12
Color: Screwdriver Latch
This access door does door things and does door things well. It sits around just being a door for all your access door needs. But seriously it was super simple to install and is of sturdy and quality construction. Door.

I was a little turned off by the price but the quality matches. Wanted something to give me better access to different areas of my attic. Easy install and looks great. Painted one and left one white and they both blend in well. Will definitely purchase again, should the need arise.

Good product easy to install
Size: 16 x 16
Color: Screwdriver Latch
The mounting flanges are deep enough to hit the studs after 5/8 Sheetrock unlike other models. Metal is thick and sturdy and the powder coating is of good quality

Works like a top!
Size: 24 x 24

24x24 size fits perfectly. Good strong metal, fine quality. Not sure about the shipper; it got lost on the way, and was 4 days late.

Best option.
Size: 8 x 8
Color: Screwdriver Latch
This is probably the best option for doing an access door in drywall. It is steel with a nice turn lock you access with a flat blade screwdriver. It is built for different thicknesses of drywall with slots cut length wise for you to bend the tabs to clamp around to the backside of the various thicknesses of the wall. You also have the four screw holes as well to use a few pieces of backer wood. My wife did not want it to be super glossy and was pleased to see the gloss level and texture matches well with a typical modern ceiling finished with textured mud as well as reasonably glossy wall paint (eggshell or satin, etc.). The door can be removed by bending a few tabs to take it out of the way.

Nice product for the price

Heavy duty- we used as a jetted tub pump access panel. Way better than the plastic ones- for about the same cost

Clean and Ready to Install
Size: 14 x 14
Color: Screwdriver Latch
The panel came completely wrapped and protected. Opened it and not one scratch. The mounting hardware is solid and can easily be tied back to studs instead of some where the mounting is only on the sheetrock. Got the rough dimensions and easily framed for it. Seals well and and easily be opened. Works perfectly
