The media could not be loaded. Was tough to find a kennel smaller than than 24” but came across this one and ordered it. The kennel matches the dimensions in the listing. The price was perfect and the quality is very good. It is sturdy and well constructed. The bottom tray can be easily removed. The metal is coated and the kennel is nice and square. The only negative thing was that there are two stickers on the tray and after they are removed they left a sticky residue that I have been unable to remove so I have to put down a puppy pad so that my dogs hair does not stick to it and pull her hair out. I will have to use goo-gone to remove the sticker glue residue. ... show more

My son loves it, but his puppy hates it. I got it for him so he could have a way to contain her when they are at work, and when he puts her in it, she cries the hole time because she got used to fallowing him around the shop, but lately she has been getting into trouble, now she can't.

It works great for a 12 pound dog. My dog actually likes to sleep in it. He will go in with the door open and take a nap. We took it on the plane in my suitcase to have in the hotel room.
