This is great, I got the 48inch. It’s sturdy and big enough for my Cane Corso. The only problem is that the weld on the latch was broken off before I could even use it. My dog was an escape artist when it came to other kennels. When I say this kennel is heavy duty I'm not lying. The tray in the bottom that is removable is amazing due to my dogs excessive slobber easy to clean. Wheels on the bottom are nice to easily move with one person. My dog is large breed between husky and Great Pyrenees she is big and it works perfect for her. ... show more

I measured my space prior to buying and it fits nicely. It's a recent purchase so I can't speak to its longevity but I do like the look of it; though my family thinks it looks like a cell (imagine the movie Life, haha). The wheels are a good feature because they give me the ability to move the crate around, if needed. Assembly took two people and it was put together within the hour. The crate itself is very sharp; sharper than I expected. I spent some time safety proofing the crate to prevent any injuries. The latch to the side door is missing so that is not great. The bottom pan (drip pan) is very thin and flimsy but I had no intention of using it for it's marketed purpose. My dog bed is placed in the crate and it's very thick so the iron rack and pan are really just there but even without the bed, I wouldn't have my dog directly on it since the rack itself is sharp. The missing latch is annoying because it seems like this is a repeating issue and the response from the company wasn't terrible but confirmed for me that I wouldn't buy from them again. Personally, this purchase wasn't worth the cost. There are other crates that are well built for a little less; or you can wait for a sale. This is not our one and only crate so that also makes a difference. If it was the only crate I had to rely on, I'd return it. My dog is tall and weighs almost 90 pounds, so I hope that helps. ... show more

This crate does have sturdy and durable steel bars on everything but the bottom. My dog was able to do this damage making the crate not usable in just 1 hour. The bottom is very bendable and very sharp. The blood shown in the picture is only a small amount compared to the blood splatter on the wall and the shredded pieces of metal around the crate. Yes my dog is very high in anxiety and this crate might work perfect for a dog with more mild anxiety, but it is not in fact indestructible. ... show more

This is well built, except for the lock slots on the front door. The welds were broke and the pieces were bent up. I got self tapping screws and bent them so the locks will slide in. Worked well! Great otherwise!

My 80 lb yellow lab can stretch all the way out in the crate. The darkness helps to create a darker cave effect for her. She loves to be in it. The fact it’s on wheels is a huge plus!!
