This is nice and very useful, but UPS didn't deliver. They left a note on my door with no tracking or other information on it. They dropped it off to an auto parts store (drop off site??) 2 miles away. What the???? So product is nice, but UPS screwed up big time.     • Electric Coil inserter is a Joke!.
Motor makes a lot of noise when the button is turned On but, roller doesn't move and the ONLY option is to feed the coils manually! Also not happy with the lack of clear/concise instructions. Does Not work as shown on YouTube! Also; the punch doesn't live up to the 20 pages of 80g paper per punch either. Our little business idea has been dashed! Can't punch holes in a simple children's book cover??? ... show more

I am disappointed that the electric binding does not work. I will be returning it for a replacement. My daughter ordered two and the electric binding feature does not work on either one. She adjusted to it, but it is time consuming for her to manually do the work she has to do for her business. For the price that we paid, everything should work. ... show more

I product was damaged. The Apothem was broken in 3 pieces. The styrofoam packaging was split and particles were all over the box. The plastic wasn’t fully covering the products. As if someone just threw it together. However the shipping was fast.

    • Alignment a bit picky.
The adjustment for hole placement is not forgiving. Some trial and error and it ends up working. Make sure you test with an exact match length piece of paper or else you will have a partial hole on one end or the other. Once it is all sorted out, it works flawlessly.
