  • So far, no complaints
Style: 24 inch
I recd it two days after ordering it. It was packaged super securely, in a cardboard box within a steel bolted frame, on a small pallet. Install was a breeze, took me abt an hour and while the quick guide has brief instructions and tiny pics, the full manual has detailed info and images for assembly and operation. After assembly, I added some oil as specified, and reg 87 gas, it powered up on first try by electric start. Yet to try it out on snow but no complaints so far. -------------------02-08-2020--------------------- I've used it in three snowfalls above 5" - once when the snow was wet and slushy, real heavy; it performed as I hoped. The second time I used it, the auger would not spin but the motor would move the blower forward when engaged. Removing the black plastic cover (4 small hex bolts) revealed the belt has come off the drive shaft. It was a five min affair to put it back on the shaft and tighten the pulley from the other end of the cable at the handle. Three more snowfalls and that issue has not occurred. The chute will start pointing forward when the snowblower is moving, I put a rubber band between the chute handle and the top bar and that mostly fixed that issue. Starts up fast, tune the choke so its not spluttering with the little red knob and let it run for 3-5 mins to warm up and have zero issues clearing snow and the huge wall that the city plow leaves at the end of the driveway. A good buy! ... show more

  • Exactly What You’d Expect – Solid Performance!
Style: 24 inch
This snow blower is exactly what I was hoping for! Assembly was quick and easy, with clear instructions that made the process smooth. It took me about two hours to put it all together, and once I added oil and gas, it fired right up without any issues. As others have mentioned, there was a slight bend on the tine shroud, but it was easy to adjust—just bent it back into place, and everything was good to go. Performance-wise, it handles heavy snow like a champ, throwing it about 20-30 feet, which is more than enough for my driveway and neighborhood. If you’re looking for a reliable, no-fuss snow blower, this one does the job well! Highly recommend. ... show more

  • Piece of crap snow blower that lasts two times
Style: 24 inch
I've had a snowblower before and this one works decently enough. While it is compact, my issue with it is how stiff it is to alter the height in which the snow is thrown and swiveling the chute. Both are extremely stiff to move. While it's a good thing to have some way to keep the chute locked in, you practically have to pop a wheelie on the chute height just to get it to shift and yank it almost sideways to adjust what direction it points. So adjusting where the snow goes on the fly is much more difficult. The drive shaft works well enough and does a good job of moving snow but it does put a little strain on you as there's not enough leverage on the bars to do what you need it to do. Update: This product is a giant pile of crap. The auger crapped out on me towards the end of my second time running the god damned thing. I had an Ariens before that ran for 6 years even kicking up rocks and other debris. Two tiny snow storms and this piece of crap machine broke down on me. Do NOT buy this product. Save your money and buy an ariens or Briggs and Stratton. Update 2: The company emailed me with videos to fix it. I applaud them for having those up but still doesn’t help with the fact that my machine isn’t working. The belt is fine, the sheer pins are good. Just no idea why it’s not working. Since it doesn’t seem to work the way it should, I’ve decided to return it. I’ve seen some reviews that say it works great, but seeing the others talking about the same issues looks like a manufacturing issue vs a user issue. ... show more

  • Good machine, but you need to know this!
Style: 24 inch
This thing does the job. However, the buyer needs to be aware of the following: 1. Download the online instructions. The PDF is much easier to follow. 2. This thing is going to lose traction from time to time. 3. The chute is quite clunky when being turned. 4. It will get the job done and feels like you are mowing your driveway. 5. Wear appropriate clothing for freezing weather even if it is not too cold. Gloves are a must. Winds change and I learned the hard way that even in barely cold (to me) weather, being covered in snow isn't fun. 6. Pay attention to the wind! 7. It will not crunch ice well. 8. Setting the machine to go forward at your pace takes a while to figure out. Too fast and it won't process all the way down and you are trying to catch your machine. Too slow and the machine is done with it's current task before moving on. 9. You will need to buy your own oil for this machine. The oil needed is specific to the temperature ranges of your location. Read that chart and make sure you have the correct oil. 10. The dip stick isn't that easy to read, but fill up the oil little by little until you get the amount in there you need. UPDATE: 2-2021 As the owner of this item you will need to learn about shear pins and how to replace them with the good ones. My friend was a great help on this, but I must say the rest of the maintenance wasn't difficult as I was able to do it myself. ... show more

Seems like a great product, was easy to put together. Seems to be well built. No snow yet, but looking to use this when it does. As good as any other blower costing over $1000
